Worst Pizza Hut I have ever dealt with. First, they got my order wrong. Then they charged my card a second time, and it took 2 hours before we got the new one. Then, last week, they got my pizza wrong again. and the bread sticks I got were literally plain with nothing on them. Just bread, lol

Order was wrong i got someone else’s pizza they forgot to make 1 of 2 orders of wings i dont think the guy working the counter even knew he was at work most employees in the kitchen didnt seem to be working at all dinning room guests didn’t get any service along with the long line of customers waiting to pick up their order and 45 minute wait time before i got my pizza after being told my pizza was already ready and this is the normal daily customer experience at Seminole texas Pizza Hut

Waited for a whole hour still no food, and I understand mistakes, but this happens every time we come here, if you have all day to wait this is definitely the place for you, you well get old here waiting for food

Pizza was great and cheese sticks where great and if that was all I ordered this would be a 5 star rating. I also ordered chicken Alfredo and it was not so great. It was very skimpy on cheese and sauce. I order this very often from different pizza hut locations across the country and this is by far the worst example of chicken Alfredo I have gotten from any pizza hut location. I'm still giving a 3 star rating because the pizza and cheese sticks where great but if I had only gotten chicken Alfredo this order wouldn't even deserve a single star. Hope this location sees this and does better in the future.
