Walked in tried to order a pizza they claimed they were out. Ordered one on the app while still in line they waited till I was out the door to make it walked back in and picked up. So if you want pizza order it on the app I guess

Some skinny young mexican lady around 18 with glasses working behind the counter wearing shorts treated me very rudely. Her tone of voice and her throwing food back into the bins made for a very uncomfortable visit there. I don't see her lasting long in any customer service job......she needs to lose the attitude or be
fired. Customers are what pays her check. The manager needs to talk with her about customer service and respect. Not that it matters but she read my hat. US Army Retired.......23yrs Honorable Service ....4 time combat veteran....2 Afghanistan 2 Iraq ....plus US Military Instructor.....if I was boss I'd definitely fire that kid before she cost you customers and money. Check your camera at 11am and see how she's throwing stuff back in the bins. Definitely needs to be fired.

Worse experience! I placed a mobile order and my location updated to a different one. I kept calling yesterday to cancel order and get a refund since I couldn’t travel to Seminole and no one ever picked up the phone. I never went for the food and someone marked it on the app that it was picked up. I called again today and the same thing, no one answers the phone.

We were passing through and one employee was cleaning the lobby. The other ones taking our order . They were all so kind and I couldn't decide which sidekick to get! I ended up with our sandwiches and the cookie side kick

Nobody EVER answers the phone, also from my understanding, curbside meant they bring it to your car. I had to go inside.
