Went through the drive-thru at 7:20 PM on December 27th and was told the cook was shutting the kitchen down. This location consistently has issues, and experiences like this hurt Taco Bell’s brand. At this point, it would be better to close this location than continue operating this way.

By far the slowest and worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Taco Bell. Not only did this location do a terrible job but they put a bad taste in my mouth for Taco Bell as a whole. I would not recommend going here if it was the last place to eat.

Service is okay. However, even after letting them know ahead of time about a dairy allergy (throat closing bad) and asking that none be put on my husband's 12 tacos, 3/4 of my husband's tacos had cheese. They put all of the ones that didn't have cheese on the top, so nothing appeared to be wrong with the order when we checked them before we left the parking lot. It seemed as though they just threw what they had on hand in the box and only made a few new ones without cheese, completely disregarding that we said it was an allergy.

Place is filthy…. Also they made me order through the kiosk and after I order and payed for my food she told me she was out of large cups. Cheese and meat in the seats where you sit. Place needs new management

Sour cream was expired or just tasted like it ...either way, it was not good. Staff was yelling about a spatula and its location....I should've kept driving pass the pick up window.
