I love the Milanos pizza in my hometown so we ordered takeout at this location while we were running errands. I was very disappointed. Both of my pizzas were over cooked. I ordered hand tossed crust, and both were thin crust & had very little sauce. I am hoping this was just a one time thing & not normal practice. ? I love Milanos pizza

On theee different occasions they have messed up my order. First time they sent me burnt pizza. Second time I ordered pasta no meat came on it and the sauce was watery. This last time is where I cut the line. I waited over a hour and Half for my delivery. Was told 30-45 mins. When I called they explained someone had fallen and had to be rushed to the hospital only it didn’t happen during my order it happened earlier in the day. The manager went on to say “I know it’s not your problem” and before he could finish I told no you take our numbers for a reason if it was that serious you should have called your customers to let them know about the delay. Not to mention make sure the whole order is there before sending them off to deliver cold pizza. I have given them three chances I was always told either three strokes your out or third time is the charm. It’s a shame we really did love some Milano’s. But oh well there’s always Milano’s in Gun barrel.

There’s a handful of bad reviews and I don’t understand why. I have never had a bad experience with Milano’s. Staff is very friendly and pizzas arrive hot and very good.

Not a fan. Pizza tastes horrible. We gave them 3 chances and it was worse tasting every time. Sorry but you all need to change so much about your pizza.
