We almost missed this little gem, but I'm so glad we're didn't! We snacked on samosas while waiting for our order and they were fantastic. The food far surpassed what I was expecting and I can't wait to try other dishes. It will definitely be on our list of places to visit again!

TL;DR: I've tavelled I-40 from California to North Carolina more often than I'd care to count. Of all the restaurants I've been to along I-40, this is the one I want to eat at.Value for the money, taste? Absolutely. Quality, yes. Quantity? I bought a total of two entrees for two of us to share. We ate one for lunch and decided to save the other one for dinner. Could I have eaten both? Yes, but sharing one for lunch was enough. Came out to about $10 a person after tax per meal. Given inflation, a pretty good deal.Atmosphere? Nearly non existent. The building looks like a converted gas station/convenience store into convenience store/restaurant. It's obvious all the money goes into the food, not the decor. There was music playing in the background. The utensils are plastic; the plates Styrofoam; the serving containers, deli to-go containers.Would I take a woman here on a first date? Well, yeah, I would. Great way to learn about her. Does she make disparaging comments about the place before tasting the food? Does she withhold judement until she knows all the facts? Lots of things to learn about a person by bringing them here. The food. The best way to eat the food is to put a bite in your mouth, put down your utensil, close your eyes, and savor the flavor explosion in your mouth. You can almost feel the ripples of flavor travel over your tongue. Each time you've figured it out, a different depth of flavor emerges. Eat slowly, savor every bite.Given the hours they keep, odds are you will not have adjust your schedule to go here. More than well worth going to.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp up to the front door.

Excellent food! Lots of vegetarian options and delicious samosas. There was enough in one serving for dinner and lunch the next day. Nice people too.

When traveling Route 66, I like tex-mex food as much as the next girl, but sometimes you just need a change. We found this place by looking for what was open and are so glad we ate here. My dude and I shared butter chicken and rice, a couple of samosas, sweet naan, and bullet naan. I had a mango lassi and dude had "the best milk tea ever." Everything was absolutely delicious, and the guy in charge was friendly too. We will probably stop by on our way out of town for road snacks--they have so much to choose from!!

Yo this place deserves more credit, Chicken Khorma, Garlic Naan... Chili Chicken appetizer was a meal in itself. Definitely looking forward to leftovers! Make sure your plate comes with their rice bc it's seasoned to perfection. I've had Indian food far and wide and this place compares to the top. Prideful people and clean restrooms, give it a try.

Delicious food, staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The lamb curry and the garlic naan were amazing! Highly recommended stop if you’re in the mood for some really good Indian food.

I was pleasantly surprised by this little gem in Texas. Fuel station converted to restaurant with a fairly wide selection of Indian cuisine. $20+ for jasmine rice and goat Tikka Masala and a couple bottled coka colas. Worth every penny. Small dine in, maybe 6 tables, perhaps more, do not recall. Very clean restrooms. Closes at 2000 (10 p.m.) no restrooms access after that, so plan ahead if you plan on parking rig for the night. Definitely going on my preferred sleeping travel centers for that lane. Thank you Punjabi Dhaba.
