Absolutely horrid service. The lady taking the order left her mic hot while she complained about the register and talked to someone else.
Then she handed us our drinks without saying a single word. Then left us hanging for five minutes. I had to honk to get someone’s attention.
Don’t visit this McDonald’s.

INCOMPETENT beyond all belief! This location has some of the WORST customer service and gives McDs more broadly a bad reputation period. People who I contacted here could not respond to basic questions about what was the cheapest product! I had to ask the same question three times and even then they couldn't answer it!
I will be taking my business elsewhere and you should to. Keep driving!

Went threw the drive thru to get lunch so we could keep driving. Got our order and started passing it all out after we got back on the road. My granddaughter ate her fries first and the opened her big Mac only to be surprised there was no meat. Being that we were 20 miles down the road it made no sense to go back.

Ordered basic breakfast and coffee through drive thru. Was busy and told us to park in designated drive thru spot. After 15 min wait, 20 cars go thru drive thru. Still no order. Employee brings out a huge order of sandwiches, and bagels, drinks. We had only ordered 2 basic breakfast sandwiches. No special order. Was not our order. Wait another 8 minutes, girl comes out and asks what we ordered. We told her, minute later she apologizes and hands us 2 sandwiches. Both wrong, again. I go inside and they hand me what we ordered. I suppose they were having a bad morning, lost our order or what. Is ok, it's just McDonald's but delayed us by more than 30 minutes for simple drive thru breakfast order of 2 sandwiches. Again, not even a special order.
The bathroom stalls need to be able to move around and not hit yourself with the door.
