Horrible education and training of staff here I had a problem with my order through the app and asked the manager and employee for assistance . Both did not show any effort to help resolve the problem so I explained in detail what had happened and if they would mind ringing me up on the regular register. One replied āI on no how do datā I aināt helpin you nunā The other said I canāt help you . So I waited at McDonalds for 15 minutes to find out my order had been cancelled for some technical glitch my rewards taken and the employees and manger on duty would not at all help me resolve the issue or ring me up . Iām a truck driver I stop at Many McDonald location never have I ever seen so much incompetence in one location. Do not eat at this location guys if this is how their customer service is I could only imagine the sanitation and food quality here

Came in halloween night and the crew here is awesome. Food cooked perfect. Clean in store. Great attitude. The manager is nice. Online ordering didnt work but inside screen worked.

Mcdonalds have lost that personal feeling. The walk restaurant is often ignored, because they served drive through faster. They are focused on moble phone apps. So, service is in decline at most McDonald's from West to East Coast. First hand experiences

Shamrock TX McDonald's: The customer service was TERRIBLE!! The guy at the window where you pay didn't instructed us which window to go to next (seeing that there was 3 windows). When we finally figured out which window to pull up to, the lady proceeded to give us another persons order. When we told her she didn't give us the right order she kinda got irritated. We told her what we had and she gave it to us. We then proceeded to ask her if she had apples and nuts for our oatmeal (as most McDonald locations have) she rushed us off and told us that they didn't have any. The oatmeal was thick and dry! You could flip the cup upside-down like a Dairy Queen Blizzard. As stated at the beginning of this review the costomer service was TERRIBLE!

whatever happened to serving food on aa tray? doesn't the table locator says the food will be brought to you? is Macdonald kidding about that? I stated I was dinning in as I ordered using the kiosk the food was prompt, no a surprise, I was the only one at the restaurant . I was handed a bag and had to beg for my cup. empty restaurant and they had to shout my number like it was bingo night? I was 15 steps away. i can grab my food and go, thats not the problem. they advertise a service then that you like insignificant once they have your money

Unfortunately, Iāve had too many bad experiences here. The McChickens are often cold and hard, I'd say about 75% of the time. Same goes for the chicken nuggets. As for the lettuce, donāt even botherā¦.it's always brown and wilted. The chicken strips are just plain awful, or maybe itās because theyāre never fresh. Customer service is hit or miss, several employees that are flat out rude and while the inside is usually clean, thatās pretty much where the positives end. If you're thinking about going through the drive-thru, forget it. You'll end up waiting 20 minutes for a simple order, and itās mostly because they donāt utilize the two parking spots reserved for waiting orders. It's really frustrating, and honestly, I donāt like leaving negative reviews, but itās getting to be too much. Hopefully, things improve, but at this point, I wouldn't recommend it.
