I have visited this place several times in the last two years ....but the service is horrible they never get e erything you ordered in the bag ,no napkins ,& cooks need to wear hair covered !! nobody wants hair in their food. Learn to read and prepare a order properly it's not that hard !!

Immediately upon walking in, the cashier Braylen welcomed me with a huge smile and kind greeting. i found out it was only one of his first days of work, making his confidence and awareness very impressive. I was checked on by the manager Misty, also very warm and friendly. I didn’t think the staff could get any better until who i assume to be the cook, named Sheen asked me how i was doing as if we’d been friends for lifetimes. i left this store smiling. they’ve created a really special atmosphere in this location, one that deserves a survey & review.
Very clean and efficient. The staff was excellent. Two kiosks for ordering. Great spot in Shamrock, Texas while traveling through.

What can I say about taco bell. Is taco bell. But I can say about great customer service. I was traveling we stop here for some food it was late. But we got a good service from the lady. I did asked for a military discount they dont have it. Will be good if they can have it. For all of us who is serving our beautiful country.
I went there recently with my family and ordered for all three of us. We received two out of three orders, but they forgot my order. I asked for a number 8 with a side of 12 cinabons, and they forgot them. They didn’t give me a receipt either, so when I went in and told them, they threw tantrums asking about the receipt and even walked out. One girl went out to smoke and came back in to work on the food without even washing her hands!! I saw them slamming my food around while preparing it. Also, when I received my food, my taco shells were extremely stale and basically cold, and do not even get me started on the drinks. My drink tasted funky, like the machine was out of soda, and my mother's drink was the same exact way. I kept getting dirty looks as well..
