Such a great place! Got good coffe, didn’t tried the food but its looked and smelled amazing tho. The guys working there are very very very nice, don’t sleep on this place, it you’re doing the route66 or even if you are going trough for other reason, just stop there!
Enchanted by the beautifully restored 1930s building exterior, we decided to enter the U Drop to find the dining room just as lovingly decorated in vintage style! Our late lunch food far exceeded our expectations and very much up to excellent 21st century taste. Our owner/waitress told us all the recipes were house-made. I stoped in for a coffee. I ended up having a breakfast burrito and some brisket too. Everything was delicious and very friendly service. I recommend stopping by if you are in Shamrock, TX.
