I didn't eat there. I love Whataburger, but I was there because I had a flat on 1604 East Access Road, and pulled in. I am a 74 year old DoorDash driver, and had my tire tools, but Whataburger employee Rey came over with an impact wrench, and took charge. He didn't have to, but Whataburger service shined! Thanks, Rey.

I got the chicken strip BBQ sándwich and the strips were cold and runined the sándwich. The fries had so much salt you couldn't enjoy them. These employees really need to be retrained and manager has a very poor attitude.

Worst experience ever. While ordering they gave extreme attitude and waiting 20 mins to get our food, which they got wrong, then they took another 15 mins to remake. Didn't even offer any compensation. There were only 3 other groups there so it wasn't even busy
I was just reminded a’la google that I wrote a review when the store opened that service was slow, regardless of the time i went. I have been back since (in the store) and it had gotten better, but I just spent forever in the drivethru and ultimately drove-off. Called the store while in line to find out what the hold up this time was…”let me check” and then hung up. After a few more minutes I drove off w/o dinner. Never again, will never suggest. I’ll go to t=other stores,, but this one from the get-go (a couple of years in) still hasn’t figured it out. I really hope, Whataburger isn’t sacrificing its brand in the almighty pursuit of the Illinois dollar. You all are better that’s this store. Please fix it.

Me and my friend both got food poisoning here on 2/4. Had the honey BBQ chicken strip sandwich. After looking at some of the other reviews with raw chicken, I'm not surprised the food here isn't safe to eat.
