Food was just not great at all! First time at this location, but been to the Waco location multiple times and has always been really good. Was brought the wrong plate of food, and when I got the correct plate, my hash browns were not crispy on both sides like I requested, and not even crispy on 1 side, but the server was nice. Be mindful this was on a busy Christmas Eve morning. Still tipped 25% because WWJD? JESUS is the reason for the season.

My husband and I ordered a couple of burgers. They completely messed them up. We asked for well done and the burgers were pink. The manager said they would refund us and never did. I had talked to two manager for my refund and never got it. Every thing was a lie that they told me. My family will not support a crooked business.

John and I are huge fans of your oatmeal, eggs, Benedict with avocado and your bread pudding French toast with bananas. Coffee is great, food portions are generous, service was good. A long hair was in my food which extended from my French toast through the eggs. Not a pleasant experience today.

Had a great day with brother and sister in law. We are a late lunch. The black bear was fantastic. Food was good. Service was good, but the waitress was way too busy. We had to catch by chance another server for togo boxes, tea refill and napkins.
