Went on Christman an hour before they closed, and servers at the bar were so helpful

We had a great time with our group of 16 celebrating my son's 19th bday! It's sad this is the only location left in Houston-area but it was worth the drive! Food was as good as ever and the new specials they had made it more affordable than usual. The wait staff was great and everything met our expectations! We will be back for another special occasion!
The food and service was top notch, but why made it better was Mia’s hospitality and top quality service, she was very kind and helpful in walking us through the menu and helped us choose our dish, I had the margarita pizza and it was very good

The food at this Buca Di Beppo location is always good. The service was very prompt. Very good experience.
We used to love this place. But it has gone down hill. If I could give it 0 I would. We went the day after Christmas to celebrate our anniversary. We were given gift cards they were for Brio, Bertucci, Buca di Beppo something else, well we were informed that they don't honor gift cards. Our bill was over $100 for only 2 people, small rigatoni and chicken and mozzarella sticks and one drink the food was subpar and we had $100 gift card. I'm sorry just because they are in bankruptcy doesn't mean they can deny gift cards. They already received the money. We will not be back.

I’m not sure what’s happened to this place because the pasta used to be stellar, and now it tastes like a microwave lean cuisine pasta dish. Please see pictures of how the spicy rigatoni used to look (first picture) vs. what I ordered and received today (with no chicken). The quality of the pasta has greatly diminished and is not worth the price.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The manager Christopher was professional, attentive, and clearly takes pride in running a smooth operation. Christopher checked in to make sure everything was going well and handled the team with respect and leadership.
The employees (Trevor and Jake) were equally impressive—friendly, welcoming, and efficient from start to finish. Everyone worked together seamlessly, and their positive attitudes truly enhanced the dining experience. The service was prompt, accurate, and delivered with genuine care.

I would have to say the pizza here, is good
But the pasta dishes? If you believe the pasta has any flavor or is good, you’ve never had good Italian. Service and atmosphere was good
But, the food other than the pizza is basically Olive Garden level

The food and service on Christmas Day were both extraordinary, despite how incredibly busy they were. We were completely blown away by the delicious food, and every single person working was hustling nonstop. We will be making this exciting new find for us a frequented restaurant for sure.

While the server was great, the hostess at the front was grumpy, rude and terrible. If you are looking for americanized italian with too much grease, this is the place for you. I would not go back.
Excellent freshly made food!!
Thank You

Sunday, 12-14-25 My wife, daughter, and I visited Buca in The Woodlands, Texas. and Mary, the manager was very. sweet to us. Our server, Zack in the bar area was very nice & helpful as well. Last, but not least the other manager, Chesh went above and beyond as he helped us celebrate my daughter‘s 21st birthday, that was the month before but she is a college student out of the state so we couldn’t celebrate with her last month but thanks to Chesh, we were able to celebrate. We started going to Buca when we met Joey our server there back in November and he’s exceptional as well. It is managers and worker’s like this that will continue to have my family and I come to visit Buca in the Woodlands. Please see the picture of our daughter which was Priceless, thanks to the workers at Buca🙏✝️

Ok, I'm not sure why I haven't been before, but this place is freaking cool.
Went on a dead Monday school night.
We didn't wait long for our food. Our waiter Zach was so nice and did a great job taking care of us.
The staff saw us walking up and held the door open for us and greeted us! That was really nice.
I loved the maximalist decor. Very interesting place. The restaurant was clean, tables were very clean. Very cozy lighting and mood.
I like the family style dining where you share your meal.
Because of that, even with 2 big eaters (3 people total), we STILL had leftovers.
No complaints about the food. I liked the oil for the bread. It's an interesting way to eat it. My kid loved it.
I feel like for the price, we definitely got our moneys worth.
I already have plans to come back, and have already been suggesting others to come and check it out.
Please consider Buca di Beppo for your next night out. It's so cute and everyone was so nice. Hard to find places like that anymore.
