How is this place even open? It was quiet because we were one of maybe four tables in the whole place. Food was "warmed up" left overs - terrible. There was zero freshly prepared food. (If it was, then the cook line needs to be fired.) We used to love this brand when it was in Houston proper - drove all the way out to the Woodlands to eat. What a waste of gas! The whole place needs to be dusted and floors really cleaned. You stuck to the floor every where in the restuarant. Totally not recommending this place! The servers were good and polite.
I use to come here as a kid, so I hen we decided to stop in I was excited that they kept the same classic look. Mary was the absolute best.
Our server was amazing experience overall was great. Could not be more happy with the value and the price we paid amazing food amazing service 10 out of 10.
Recently my family visited Buca di Beppo.
Let’s start with outside: when we parked there was no one really in the parking lot. That should have been a sign 🤣 us and 2 other cars. Walking into the building was weird. There were little white sacks in the corners of their walk way (outside of course).. Maybe insect eggs of some sort in various places…that was gross. They also had fake flowers as decor and it looked pretty tacky and cheap. But my husband and daughter wanted to try it so I did.
Experience: We went in and the service was really great. We were seated instantly. And our waiter was super nice. It was our first time so he explained the family style and gave us time to look at the menu. The decor was ok. Kind of drab. But i really liked looking at all of the different pictures and stuff on the wall. It was clean on the inside so I was certainly happy about that. The place is huge. Someone could really celebrate a birthday or have a party there.
Food: We ended up ordering the chicken Alfredo. When he brought the food, we were pleased with the serving size. It was enough to feed all three of us. I didn’t really care for it but my daughter and my hubs said it was good. It did have flavor to it. The Alfredo sauce taste like it was freshly made. The chicken was tender and it wasn’t dry. We wanted to order dessert but it was sold family style too and we werent up for spending 20 more bucks just for dessert so we didn’t order it. We had enough pasta to take some home too. Added a video. It did have sauce on it and it was enough sauce but for some reason that really doesn’t show on the video.
Overall I wasn’t impressed but it was ok.

Mia was very attentive and made sure everything was optimal. Also the manager stopped by our table making sure everything was good. Food is great and having a big family is the best way to go.

We hadn't been to a Buca di Beppo in years. There was one in Colorado Springs we would go to because my Dad loved it. It closed many years ago and sadly my Dad passed away. We moved to Montgomery, TX recently and when we saw there was one in the Woodlands we were so excited and it was just like we remembered. We went there for our daughter's 35th BD with her family-a 3 and 9 yo, and it was perfect, They could eat as much (or little) as they wanted and there was no waste, because it's family style! The waiter, Joey was fun and attentive and we had a great BD Dinner!!
The food and atmosphere were great, but if you have less than three people who are agreeable on what to eat it is hard to get a full entrée. Everything is al la carte and serves 3 plus people. So if you want salad, pasta, and and protein you will have a mountain of food for overpriced amounts.

I really liked the service. The entrance to the restaurant is through the kitchen, which is quite interesting. The food was good, though not really at the level of authentic Italian cuisine. The only thing I didn’t like was the smell, as it felt a bit damp inside. On the other hand, the decoration was interesting. I would definitely go back. The waiter was wonderful — very kind and attentive, probably the best part of the experience.

My fiance took me here for my birthday. It was amazing. The food was awesome and our waiter Daniel was awesome. Ask for him next time. Always made sure our drinks were full. And also sang my happy birthday when he brought the colossal brownie for my birthday

Great service!! Great food!! Triple appetizer and 2 regular meals fed five people with lots left over!
Celebrated a birthday at Buca di Beppo. The food was excellent and the wait staff made the celebration enjoyable
Unfortunately, not what it used to be... This place used to be one of my favorite spots, but sadly, it's gone downhill. They've removed several of the best dishes from the menu—those that really made the place stand out. Now, the selection feels bland and uninspired. On top of that, they've been advertising draft beer for over a year, yet it's never available. Every time I ask, I get the same excuse. It's disappointing and misleading. The restaurant still has potential, but it really needs to refocus on quality and actually deliver on what it promotes. I hope they find their way back to what made them great.
