We order wings there occasionally to be delivered. Most of the time they are just ok but we still enjoy them. They almost always forget the extra sauce I pay for but it is what it is. We always say maybe next time will be better but it’s not. But this time was absolutely disgusting (3/11/24) We got 30 wings and an order of onion rings. We got it 3 ways, no sauce, honey bbq and mild. Normally they will separate it into 3 boxes of 10 with the different sauces but this time they sent a large box with no sauce, all on the side. Ok fine. No problem. But the wings were dry and absolutely trash. Not cut properly to be all flats (which you pay extra for) so there were bones sticking out where the other sections of wings are normally cut off. They were Hard and un-appetizing. We got the large order of onion rings which comes with a southwest ranch but they ALWAYS forget the ranch so I ordered 2 extra. For once all the sauce got here except the one it was supposed to come with, per usual. After order, taxes and delivery (yes we can pick it up but do I want to load the toddler into the car? No, that’s why I pay the fees and tip well) it was $75 for this trash? We will either make them at home or order from another place from now on. We had no issue with the delivery, the whole issue was with the food it’s self so this was a restaurant issue NOT a delivery issue.
12/20/2025 Update We decided to give this place another try a year after my first review. We did an in store pick up and I picked it up myself instead of delivery. They handed me the bag and i checked to see if it was correct. I THOUGHT it was correct but I was wrong. I didn't notice that each box was labeled box of 10. We ordered 30. So we only made it home with 20 wings. I also didn't notice that we should have gotten a juice with my daughter's kids meal and we did not. I did ask for the sauces because the bag was handed to me without sauce. I was upset that I didn't catch the mistakes but my husband reminded me that there SHOULD NOT be mistakes in the first place and he's right. Food was better this time around but we won't be back. There is a reason we haven't gotten wings from them in a year.

Shocked I’m leaving this review with how bad it’s been the last 15 years but this was the first time in those 15 years that BWW felt like its old self again. Wings were cooked well, sauced well and tasted great. The service was awesome and Sanorah did a great job, checked on us multiple times and everything went about as good as it can get. I normally get a craving 1-2 times a year for the old BWW and will try it again, usually being left disappointed. But we finally had the experience I’ve missed since high school.

I love this BWW location! Staff is absolutely friendly and very unhelpful. The food is always great and on point with the flavors you've come to expect. Their wings especially are always a great treat. The sauces keep you wanting to lick your fingers. I can't imagine anyone not having tried BWW before but if you haven't, DO, if you're in The Woodlands area make this location your go to BWW!

Got to go order. Was quick picked it up within 15 min of ordering. Wings cold. Wedges cold and inedible. Smelled and tasted like they’d been refried numerous times then left out for some sucker (me) to pay money for them. I would be embarrassed to serve this. I tossed it all away. Waste.
Told the receptionist we preferred a booth, twice, but was sat at a table. Asked to be moved to the patio, which mine as well been on the other side of Texas. From there the service was luke warm at best, 2 of the 4 dished had what could have been undercooked or low quality chicken. No refills, was there over an hour.
Everyone was nice, but they all seemed out of sync.

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings today in the woodlands, the most terrible experience I have had at a restaurant. The server charged our card more than once, the wings came out cold, she forgot to put in our order for an appetizer, and our drinks. Will not be coming back.
