I placed a take out order from this location, and after reading their bad and good reviews I decided to give them a try anyways.
Ordered 30 wings, two different flavors, bone in and boneless. After receiving my order everything looked okay on the receipt and I thought my order was very simple didn’t think they could mess that up. When I opened the boxes all of the wings were the same flavor.!! I paid almost $60 to received the wrong order. This was my first and last time here.

One of the cashier was very nice I think his name was Keoni he told me but he was a very nice gentlemen and he was working hard. Love the food there !!!!!

Emily was very welcoming, she engaged in small talk, which made my boyfriend and I’s experience in the restaurant more comfortable, she was very attentive. The food didn’t take long at all to be severed - everything was delicious.

Good location for wings
I went in to pick up an uber order and was there for 10 minutes waiting no one would go to the take out but a couple minutes after already being there for those 10 min another customer came in for an order and thats when an employee came out to attened here not acknowledging me at all, customer left and the employee disappeared, continued waiting for another 10 minutes till someone actually paid attention to the fact that i was there. Horrible experience came out of there extremely frustrated.

My fries came out cold. My sauce was wrong, I informed the staff who just looked at me and said OK. I simply asked for a to go box and left.
The food was good The service itself was actually good but I don't know if I was being profiled or what the issue was but the waitress bring me my check early nowhere near finished with my meal then she kept checking in then finally she asked for the payment when we was still eating that is very unprofessional I usually go to the location in Willis this location has issues between the wait staff and management was not expecting that I feel like I was racially profiled will not return.
Well The food was good but the service was terrible server EM barley could hear her voice, I waited for 20 minutes for a refill on my drink, couldn't catch her attention she was talking with other people. I liked the wings but with this service not sure to come back.
***PLEASE READ***
Tonight me and my wife went to this location and waited at the front desk for 10 minutes. While waiting, I looked throughout the inside dining area and observed food on the ground and the inside smelt bad. Finally when an employee showed up and led to our outside table as we requested. While exiting the door to the outside dining area, I noticed there were a group of teenage girls which were smoking marijuana at the ashtray directly outside the door. I am very certain this was marijuana and not cigarettes. While passing the group, I overheard one of the girls explained to the others that her father was inside drinking at the bar and waiting for her to get off work. That’s when I realized that girl was actually a Buffalo Wild Wings employee and was smoking marijuana while working where she serves food. I observed the employee was wearing a Buffalo Wild Wings t shirt under her zip up jacket and was wearing an apron.
However, my wife and I proceeded and sat down at our table. I looked around the rest of the dining area outside and noticed all the tables had food on them and the floor as well. Me and my wife waited patiently to be served while the employee and the other two girls with her, who I assumed where her friends, continued to use vulgarities while telling stories to each other and smoke while we watched and waited. After waiting for 10+ minutes, we left to the Conroe location and received great service.
Prior to writing this review, I scrolled through previous reviews and saw Buffalo Wild Wings responded to all complaints and say they will handle it and fix the problem. Obviously they do not because the store is absolutely a disappointment and disgusting inside and out and poorly managed. If it weren’t for the Conroe location I would be making wings at the house.
Gerardo Robles’s professionalism is off the charts, he took care of my needs immediately and made me feel appreciated and heard. Definitely a great worker and guy. He deserves a raise and or promotion.
