We heard family talk about how good Chuy's was and we have been looking for good Mexican food. We were in the area and thought we would give it a try. OH MY!!!! The restaurant is decorated very colorfully and our waiter, Kevin, was cheerful and attentive. We received our chips and salsa...AND...the creamy Jalapeno dip. That was like jalapeno ranch dressing. Both were good and the chips were great. We ordered the steak burrito with hatch pepper, Mexican rice, and beans, and a chicken enchilada (a la carte). The food came out in a reasonable amount of time and was hot. The green chili on the enchilada was bland and seemed like it needed another ingredient. The hatch green chili sauce on the steak burrito had good taste and was slightly spicy (for me). Overall, the food was some of the better Mexican food we have tried in the last few months. The cost was reasonable, getting out of the door at $33 including tip and fountain drinks.

I wanna give it more star please. The food was excellent. The waitress was just the best. She is the person I want to wait on me. Oh my goosebumps the dip is to Drexel over. It is a creamy jalapeño stuff. It will make me go back for sure.

Jay was amazing! We came in right at rush and he was quick and making sure everyone was taken care of. It died down while we were still here and he got to slow down a little bit and talk to us more. He is so sweet, funny, and attentive. If you can get him as a server I would highly recommend!

The experience was terrible, the waiter Cody didn't even pay attention to what we were asking... 3 times we repeated what we wanted and 3 times he got it wrong.
Just checked on us once, never cleaned the table and ran away like if the place was full.
Here is my only real advice for proprietor. The metal palm trees inside are hazardous for table location, movement throughout, height for eyes and heads, (scalpers) for tall people, last but not least they are dusty dirty dingy looking. As i ate the other night with family it was hard not to notice the dust bunnys dangling over my fajitas as the steam nearly broke them loose. Yet as always the food was great. If JRs was a restaurant this would be the place to eat , so if your proud and out definitely go there , but as for me and my family we won’t be going back to this establishment food was horrible the wait staff , was absolutely non-attentive they were too busy talking to other like-minded couples that Obviously frequent this establishment, I have no problem with people and what they do with their life’s but maybe advertise that your establishment is geared towards that type of lifestyle. That’s all I’m saying.🌈

The food was good, the server was attentive, it was rather loud in the restaurant, but we were still able to carry on a conversation. I felt like the prices were reasonable when compared to similar types of restaurants.
