and a good curry. Spring rolls quite fresh. The pho doesn't have that institutional quality (straight out of a bottomless VAT lol) that some pho places do in their soups. Very much recommend this place; not cheap but a good value.

We were told that EAD had better PHO than Pho Dien in Humble and so we came here to try the Pho and taste for ourselves. First thing we noticed was that the price was higher than Pho Dien, when we received our large bowls of Pho they were the size of Pho Dien's small bowls by at least 25%. We tasted our Pho and it was good but didn't compare to Pho Dien that cooks the bone broth for 40 hours and it makes a difference. My wife and I love pho and we go all over the Houston...

I am extremely picky whenever it comes to Pho and this place knocks it out of the park to say the least. The staff is wonderful and the food is even better. If you've never had Pho before this is definitely a place I would try it out for the first time because I know they'll get it right.
