Had not been to JAX in a while since the one near me closed. Overall, the meal was good, but I was disappointed in the burger patty. I remember the texture of them being handmade and juicy. My wife and I agreed that what we got were dense and had a chewy consistency. I hope they go back to the handmade patties. The sides were fantastic and hit the spot.

Stopped in at JAX for lunch and it was awesome! The burgers were juicy and packed with flavor and the fries came out hot and crispy.
Great food, friendly vibes, and the perfect spot to grab a bite while out exploring local favorites. Definitely recommend checking them out!

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the last trip I made there I ordered an Oreo shake. One of the staff members was seen eating, with her gingers, out of the OREO canister, holding the Oreos. I let the lady know that I saw what she was doing and she said that it was OK because that was for the employees, but unfortunately, she was sitting at the front register where they make the shakes and everyone could see what she was doing.. I did reach out to the company by sending them a message through their website and have yet to hear back from them so I resorted to this platform in hopes that they will see it and reach out so we can discuss what happened. Unfortunately, I will not be back until I hear from the company. I do have my food handlers certification, so I know that what she was doing was not acceptable. Please do better because you’ve got awesome food.
Came here for lunch today and it was great! The burgers and fries were fresh and delicious. Service was excellent. Quick, friendly, and super helpful with the menu. Definitely recommend!
Decent burger spot in the Shenandoah area. Has lots of variety for toppings, but to actually customize costs extra, unless you pick on the premade choices. They also have chicken tenders, fries, and shakes. I had the Swiss mushroom and it was good, as well as the chicken tenders which were better. The burger was pretty big, very moist but also very oily. Overall not my favorite but a good choice if you are looking for a burger bite in the area. Has a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating and there’s typically not a long wait compared to the other restaurants in the area.

My wife and I think the burgers here are some of the best in town—and the shakes are so good they should probably come with a warning label. Every time we’ve gone, it’s been staffed exclusively by teenagers. Not a single adult in sight. Honestly, it’s like watching a high school group project that actually turned out right. Fast Food Hogwarts, but it works. Pro tip: if you’re catching a movie after, leave some extra time. The food can take a while but always hot and consistently right. Kind of like if DoorDash suddenly discovered responsibility. Basically, this place is the pre-show worth showing up early for that even adult-run spots can’t always pull off
