1st time at Katz's! Kayy was our server today & was absolutely darling. For an appetizer we ordered the spinach & artichoke dip. Amazing, hot, flavorful & came with hot chips. I ordered the Pastrami Ruben with sauerkraut with a side of fries. I asked the server if I could have the sauerkraut on the side, as it has been 20 years since I've had it and wasn't sure if I liked it. She stated that let's keep it on the sandwich for the full experience and if I didn't like it then we can order something else. I am all for the full experience so I agreed. Turns out I do not like it. I did end up exchanging it for the corned beef with Provolone on toasted Rye. The flavor of my sandwich was delicious. The side of fries are steak cut & came out hot & fresh. My husband had the Broadway burger with onion rings and a dark beer. He devoured all of it. Crispy onion rings and the amount of ingredients on the sandwich were overflowing, which he loves. The atmosphere is pretty chill, family friendly & wheelchair accessible. TV's on the walls with sports, light music in the background and pictures of various NY themed items are place strategically around the restaurant. The staff are friendly, professional and welcoming. Overall 5 out of 5! Highly recommend.

Enjoyed late night breakfast. Restaurant was busy and service was great. The food has been better in the past and it is a little pricy for what you’re getting. The bacon was not good.

WOW My first time there. The Rueban was ok but way to much money for what you got. Got a piece of Chocolate cake it was $13 crazy!!!! Not made in house I am sure. Sandwich didn't even come with chips So a sandwich, side of potato salad a drink and piece of cake $45 Jasons delicious Reuban is better and better value. In every way. Won't go bavk to Katz Not worth the hype

Kitchen ran quite slow tonight. There was a mixup with a sandwich that was ordered, so we asked for a replacement, however, it never showed up. Service was subpar tonight, sadly. Zatavian did his great considering the circumstances.

Our first time here and it's our new favorite place! We went for breakfast and the chicken and waffles, chilequiles, and pancakes were excellent! Delicious coffee, great atmosphere and our server, Jasmine, was the absolute best! She gave great recommendations, was very friendly and attentive. It was a top notch experience and we will definitely be regulars.
