I ordered the Famous Katz's Deli Klassic Reuben Sandwich for $18.99 and this is what I got! I was shocked by the amount of meat, and the manager confirmed that there was nothing wrong with my Reuben. AND NO IT'S NOT THE SKINNY

My order was to-go. I ordered the French onion soup and it was really salty and the broth was thick and black. I couldn’t finish it after the first bite. I also ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. I give it a 4 out of 10. The chicken was dry. I probably won’t be going back. The staff was awesome. But unfortunately that won’t get me to go back.

This the first time ever eating here and the food was very good and very filling..our waitress Jasmine was absolutely wonderful too!!
It was our first time coming to Katz and I can say it was the best! We were greeted by the manager Mr. Drew and had an amazing waiter named Christian always coming by to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was amazing the service was incredible. I highly recommend this place! You won’t be disappointed at all!

Came here during happy hour today. The young lady with long black hair greeted me and was very attentive and patient. She told me the bartender would be with me shortly. I literally waited 15 minutes before someone came and took my drink order. I understand that things happen sometimes, and I am generally understanding of having to wait to be served. The issue that I have is that no one apologized for the wait. Also, when I came in, the person who appeared to be the manager was sitting at a table talking to someone else. Even if he was occupied, he still should've taken notice that I was sitting at the bar for a long period of time and done something about it. He was a bald man with glasses. Eventually he came over and made my drink to help the bartender on duty. I don't plan on coming back, but who knows 🙃
