I recently visited Katz Deli with a friend for both our first time ever and wanted to share my experience. The waiter's food recommendations were great, and the milkshake was delicious. However, our whole experience took a turn when a bug/cricket decided to join us at the table. We brought it to the attention of the staff, but unfortunately, the manager didn't come to speak with us, which was disappointing. To make matters worse, it took over 15 minutes to get the check. All that was done for us was the milk shake was taken off our check?I understand that bugs can sometimes find their way into restaurants, but it's important for the staff to handle these situations promptly and with care. It would have been nice to have the manager address the issue and offer some form of resolution. Waiting for the check for such a long time added to the frustration.I look forward to receiving a prompt response and resolution for the store manager!I’d like to give positive feedback moving forward — although, as of now, there is a sour taste of Katz Deli.

A gigantic disappointment; been to their NYC location multiple times & the meats are just not the same. Terrible pastrami, bland and full of tendons. Challah was good.

Terrible! The Houston location does well, but this location has no attention to detail when making orders. These are supposed to be specialized menu items, not slapped together like I just pulled into a drive-thru. And definitely not for this price! Do better and have some pride in your work, or at least deliver a product that merits the price tag.
