Tried this place for the first time tonight, and I won’t be back. I honestly hate leaving negative reviews, but this was exceptionally disappointing. We spent $80 on two two-meat plates and dessert, and for that price, I expected way better.

The service itself was great—the staff was friendly and attentive. But the food just didn’t land. The turkey was decent, but the brisket was overly fatty and the sausage was… honestly the strangest sausage I’ve ever had. The mac and cheese was heavy without any real flavor, beans were forgettable, broccoli casserole was just mush, and the bread pudding was the only thing I’d call good.

On top of that, the vibe was offffff. It was 7pm on a Friday night, and the place was dead. Weird lighting, weird decor. For a barbecue spot, that’s not a good sign. Honestly, I don’t know how this place stays in business. Corporate catering, I guess?

Sorry for the brutal review guys, but this was rough. I wish I had gone literally anywhere else.

All I have to say is I’m 36 weeks pregnant and this meal was BOMB. We ordered a few things to try since this was our first time. And literally EVERYTHING was great. I know what I’ll be asking my husband for when we deliver our son at the hospital across the street 😂 Just typing this has me drooling over how good the bread pudding was.

Casual dinning, great foods, my son absolutely loved the ribs, the Pinto reminded of my mom's growing up.

Great BBQ in The Woodlands! The brisket had awesome flavor and was super moist. The sides were delicious too, and the prices are very reasonable for Texas BBQ. Definitely recommend!

If you’re in the area and craving BBQ the food is good and will probably satisfy the craving. I am a BBQ aficionado and much more critical than most people. I had ribs and house sausage with cream corn and baked beans. The ribs were a nice cut and had a good bite, the sausage also had a crisp casing which I like and good flavor. I did not enjoy the sides as much, they did not taste fresh and seemed like they had been on a steam table for too long or were a carry over from the previous day. I guess the best way I can sum up my experience is if you’re in the area I definitely would not hesitate to stop. I on the other hand would probably not make a special trip to try it if I lived outside the area as I do. The next time I’m in The Woodlands I will be going back to try the Chicken Fried Steak. I saw a couple of other customers who had it and it looked good.
