Great service & atmosphere. The bun of the Brisket sandwich was overwhelming. Too large for the amount of sliced brisket placed in the sandwich. About 60% bread & 40% brisket made up the sandwich. The bread over powers the flavor of the brisket. Would not order again.Great experience otherwise.

We ordered through UberEats and were very pleased with our food. We ordered (2) 2 meat plates. The pulled pork and Broccoli rice casserole were AMAZING! The turkey and brisket were really good also. I tried the collard greens, but they had a little too much vinegar in them for my liking. My husband had the baked beans, and he enjoyed them. We'll definitely be patronizing this restaurant again in the very near future!

I had a terrible experience at the Woodlands location yesterday. I met a coworker there for lunch yesterday. We were going for the shrimp and catfish special. We oredered two specials at 11:10 and were told they wouldn't be ready for 45 minutes. It is unbelievable a quality restaurant like Killens is not ready for the Friday special. My coworker drove 45 minutes for nothing..

Very good restaurant to buy BBQ to take away. The Brisquet moist is very good. They have good accessories. It is a great option for those who crave Brisquet and a good BBQ, in the vicinity of Woodlands. It's easy to get to and the service is super fast. The staff was very friendly. The taste and quality ofBrisquet is spectacular.

Took my wife here for lunch. She was told it was good BBQ. Well, the place was mostly empty. We both tried the jalapeño cheese sausage. But we were not impressed. You taste more cheese than anything else. The coleslaw was good. But my wife said the Mac & Cheese tasted like it came out of a box. I tried all three BBQ sauces. The tangy one was good but the others were OK. I've had better from HEB.

Out of several items when we arrived an hour before closing… placed an order to go, was told they’d bring it to the table - waited over 30 mins. No one came. I finally made direct eye contact with one of the girls and sent my husband to get the to go order…. He was told they were out, and offered if we wanted anything else… but there was no more food (and they were already out of several items to begin with). No problem…. so we asked for a refund, only to be told they couldn’t (or rather didn’t know how). Took 2 employees, my husband and then myself to get involved over 15 mins - until finally another employee came over and opened the drawer to hand me cash. I paid by card. I didn’t even get the full amount back. Avoid!!!
Got food from the drive through, ordered the beef rib potatoes and slaw the only thing good was the potatoes. For the price I paid the food was unsatisfactory the one beef rib I got was burnt and hardly any meat on it, the slaw was bitter. Service was fair he seemed a little bothered . Definitely will not go back to eat anything else.

I love this place. Delicious food and giant portions for the price. Definitely get the brisket and the broccoli casserole side. As far as the second meat I have had the Turkey, pulled pork, and pork rib. You can’t go wrong! Coupled with great and friendly service, it is worth a try.

I'm very upset because I love Killen's BBQ from a food standpoint. They have some of the best BBQ in Houston. However, running out of food an hour and a half before closing on a Saturday, and then use Valentine's Day (4 days before I was there) as an excuse is ridiculous. I think this location ships in the food from a main location. This location is in an old fast food restaurant so I doubt they smoke anything here. The attitude of the employees was abysmal to say the least, and they literally offered me nothing but excuses. They were even completely out of sides too! Unacceptable!
