The labels are very misleading for someone who has allergy. Some with cheese without labelling and causing serious allergy issue.
The one at counter is not helpful.
Updated: thanks Dawn for your response. Here are the examples: Korean beef croissant, Texas hot polish sausage. On the display, There are some items clearly labeled with cheese and some are not even they have cheese in them.
I really love the freshness of their kolache and find this location always great. However recently I noticed the management don’t honor the coupon where you get a kolache free if you buy 3. There is a note on the wall dishonoring the coupons. I checked with other locations (Katy and Houston and they always honor their deals). However this location is very sneaky and I stopped visiting this place for good now as it’s not about deals but about lack of integrity and professionalism. It’s interesting to see how one location tarnishing a brand image.
I've been bringing Kolache Factory to work for months now, and honestly, my employees light up every time they see me walk through the door with those boxes. The kolaches are always fresh and tasty - everyone has their favorites, whether they're into the sweet fruit ones or the savory sausage and cheese. I end up grabbing a few for myself too because, let's be real, they're just really good!
It's become my secret weapon for team morale, and the price is totally reasonable when you're feeding a bunch of people. The staff there knows what they're doing too - quick service and they actually seem to care. Can't recommend this place enough if you want to be the office hero!
Some people just love to complain—but honestly, Kolache Factory is consistently great. Their kolaches are always fresh, way better than what you get at gas stations or generic bakeries. The staff is friendly every time I go in, and it’s become a weekend tradition with my kids. My coworkers literally cheer when I bring in a box. If you haven’t tried them yet, do yourself a favor and give them a shot (or four or five). You won’t regret it.
I ordered a cranberry and walnut muffin. The muffin had 6 cranberries and NO walnuts. Very disappointed.
*Unfortunately I threw it away and not able to attaché a photo.
Lastly, I had to wait 99 minutes beforefor my order was ready to be picked up.
What a pleasant surprise. It's not the same kind of Kolache shop my older sister worked in over 25 years ago, but I would definitely return if I ever travel south again. Amazing food choices and frash variety too.

I have been coming to Kolache Factory for years, this is my fourth time at this location. I went Wednesday at 1:35 to get half price kolaches, the lady working did not speak english and when she told me to pay she did not give me half off. When I asked her once I saw my receipt about getting the half off she said she did not understand me. My husband asked her in Spanish about the half off and she said “you have to tell me to do that I won’t just give it to you” after we kindly asked her to take the half off she told us to call the manager. I tried calling the manager a few days later and the lady who took our order answered and I asked to speak to the manager and she hung up. I proceeded to try to call back four times and my husband tried to call back four times and no answer, now we can’t get a hold of them when the lady who helped us said that that was the solution. Needless to say I will not be coming back here due to poor customer service. I am very disappointed in this establishment.

Love the kolaches…too bad the cashier has awful manners…went there waited my turn with my huge smile and when it was my turn she looked at me from head to toe in disgust…I looked at myself and asked her if something was wrong she went mute…this is the reason I hadn’t been there in months…they had a bad cashier before and now a worse one…really ruins the Friday mood…I rather not go there ever again…hope they find someone that loves to work and likes people.

It was good. The lady at the counter was super nice and cheerful. Really enjoyed the barbecue brisket kolache. Brisket CAN taste good at breakfast 😁 Love the coupons. Coupons get more business from me.

First time in and the place had this weird quiet atmosphere, but come to the counter after pulling a juice from the refrigerator and the lady behind the counter rolled her eyes at me when she thought I wasn’t looking, I turned around when it was happening, then I was looking at the limited options on the shelves (when I say limited I mean all racks empty aside from three that were less that half full) behind her and she stood there irritated that I was looking (mind you I am the only person in the building aside from kitchen and her behind the counter). Me being me I asked her how her day was and she did not respond although I was standing directly in front of her, awkward. I pay for my kolache and drink and wait for her to give me my receipt but instead she stands there and goes “receipt” with her hands behind her back eyeing the machine that printed the receipt and had me reach over the counter to grab my receipt. What type of training is happening here? Management you definitely need to hire better that is pathetic. Never should a customer have to reach over the counter to grab their own receipt that is that woman’s job. Get with the program people. Training! Training and more training needs to be done here and for goodness sake play some music or something to at least get rid of the awkward silence!! Will say I give everyone a chance but this was just an odd experience overall. I hope you all can take from this review and better yourselves as a business I rather enjoy little hole in the wall food joints which is why I gave a two star. Would be great if staff was trained properly and options were present it’s a kolache place there needs to be kolaches not empty trays on the shelves.

I used to like this location in the past. Not anymore. I walked in first thing in the morning and they are already out of
croissants, just one left literally. When I asked how long it would take them to bake more, the woman behind the counter doesn’t know. Just bake more high demand Kolaches, it’s not that difficult!!. Not coming to this location anymore.

This location is usually great, but I had an issue with food quality on my last visit and have been unsuccessful in reaching someone at the store. I decided to try the new cheeseburger kolache, and after eating about a third of it, I found a long black hair embedded in the cheese. I've tried calling the store multiple times but have not been able to get anyone to answer. Also, for reference, my hair is purple, so it's not mine.

This is the second time I've come to this location and the only employee is asleep.. Waited about 10 minutes and tried to call twice to see if they'd wake up, the phones were disconnected.. And also the employee tried to make me pay full price when it's discounted after 1:30 and it had passed already. Maybe if they didn't fall asleep they'd know what time it was
