got there at 11:00 (March 09, 2024)and ask for a certain kolache that they were sold out. They told me to come back in 20 minutes because that is how long it takes to bake. Came back at 11:30 and was told it will take another 20 minutes. After I told them that is not what they told me before. The older male decided to ignore me. I asked him for his name and he stared to ignore. I did not raise my voice either.

I like the kolaches, but many times they don’t get the order right. Today we were short 1 ranchero, and got cherry instead of peach. It cost $25 and had 5 items, but ordered 6. They don’t give a receipt so you can’t prove that they short you. Last time I was missing 3 kolaches from my box. I ordered 8 and only had 5. They argued that they were all there but luckily I made sure to have my receipt and I checked my box before I left.Today I got the Texas apple croissant, and it was full of bacon. It didn’t say bacon on the description and I don’t like bacon, so I had to throw it away. They have good kolaches but they miss on customer service.

Bad experience. I called in an order because I couldn't get the app to work and it was difficult to understand the worker over the phone. Also a little concerning that, until i told him, he didn't even ask my name or even confirm where i was calling. When I arrived my gift card was not working and I was told that I needed to use something else. I had to point out that if the magnetic strip wasn't working that you needed to put the code in and tada it worked.To top it all off, the food was COLD! NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT LOCATION. There are plenty of other restaurants to choose from in that area.

This is one of my favorite places to get breakfast kolaches. Today being that it's Thanksgiving I came up to buy a few kolaches for my family since we were eating a late lunch and we didn't want to eat too much. I arrived at 10:15 I ordered my kolaches and was told that they were out of my favorite ones ham and cheese and bacon and cheese. I asked him how long would it take for the next batch to come out? The employee told me that they were no longer making anymore because they were closing early today. This is bad planning. There was a line out the door and everyone was getting the same response. There's no way you should run out of kolaches at 10:15 in the morning.

They NEVER have what I want. I'll go between 10-11 AM most times and by that time there aren't anymore potato egg and cheese kolaches. It's the most annoying disappointment ever. If you're running through that one so fast why not make another tray. they get warmed back up in the microwave anyways . it's not that hard to have another tray of your flavor that sells out the fastest. No one eats egg and cheese so why not double the potato one like lol

Kolaches we're great and staff was friendly. Dining area was clean. I would recommend for a quick breakfast.

The quality of the food is good; but this store in particular often opens late. I come by after work at least once a week, between 6:10 and 6:20 and probably 40% of the time the door is locked. A small line will form out front but the worker insider doesn’t acknowledge that anyone is outside waiting at all. Eventually the worker unlocks the door and just walks away without acknowledging anyone outside or even opening the door. The kolaches are good, but don’t expect service with a smile, and if you’re an early bird on a tight schedule, maybe try somewhere else.There is another location on 1488 that is the total opposite that I like to stop into when I’m in that area. They’re very friendly, have enough people working, and have an efficient process in place for running the store. I was honestly impressed by how well things were run at the 1488 location. The difference in management/ownership styles is very clear.
