We had an awesome experience at Main Event Shenandoah! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk went above and beyond—she noticed what we were planning to do and suggested getting the all-day pass instead of paying for each activity separately. That saved us a good bit of money and let us enjoy everything without worrying about costs adding up. The place was clean, organized, and perfect for both kids and adults. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Had the best time bowling here, great food, and fair lanes, they measure your bowling ball speed which is very cool! Very Very clean! I'd definitely come back. All the workers were so nice and happy. Thank y'all!

Customer is always right Alissa was horrible I got my refund but that was not the purpose I did not have my physical ID on me but I am above age I had a picture of my ID and also of my passport which could have all been verified. She did not even take a look at it. definitely could have been more helpful it was a really dead night only about 5 people inside she could have tried to work with me.

We celebrated part of our Veterans Day here. The games were so fun, well kept, and clean!!!!! Cassandra at the bar was the highlight of our day! She was professional, kind, fun, and knowledgeable towards us and everyone else that we saw her interact with. The food was good also.
