Awesome staff just adds to the really nice environment. Asia was so warm and helpful at the front and made my first time there with my family so seamless. The server was so attentive as well. And surprisingly good food! Will certainly be coming back!

I had my twin girls and my nieces birthday party here. Originally discussed having FOUR pizzas total. As my sister has 7 kids i have 3, and I invited 2 more kids and 4 more adults. Everything was rushed. They only gave 2 pizzas and I ended up with hungry guests. I did complain originally through the survey. They reached out and have not done what they said they would do to make amends. Also they have staff members that were trying to fight my sister because her ADHD and autistic daughter ran into the staff member. Staff was rude the rest of the visit.

This is based off of two birthday parties we've had at this location, both were on a Saturday at 10:30 for the brunch with 10 children end of August/beginning of September. Last year's party: communication for booking was amazing Day of the party we had two gentlemen as our party host, one was in training. Food: wonderful, top your own pancake was a hit. We requested juice and milk for the kiddos and coffee for adults. Entertainment: they set up monster bowling which the kiddos loved. They had pins set out to decorate, so the kiddos had something to do while guests arrived and waited to eat. 10 dollar playing cards were sufficient for most, but some needed to add kor funds. There was one other party at the same time, but it didn't interfere with our space. We were able to use the extra table for the adults to sit. The hosts were thoughtful and anticipated our needs. Provided cake cutting, helped moved our items for the transition, offered to get us bowling shoes. They helped us carry out supplies. They were always one step ahead. The only downside is they weren't able to print off the poster bowling like advertised.
This years party: Again, communication for booking was amazing. Food was good and the pancakes still a hit. I requested juice and milk, but our host said milk wasn't an option. He checked twice and said they didn't have it. Provided one pitcher of apple juice for 10 kids. 8 kids were able to have half of a cup of juice to drink and a refill was not offered. Entertainment: the host put a pile of the pins to be decorated on a table where we bowl and walked away. We couldn't find him for shoes, so parents were lining up at the couner to get shoes, so we had to skip decorating pins, so we had time to bowl. He finally arrived after we requested him from another staff, and he provided 3 pairs of shoes. He didn't set up monster bowling and had regular bowling. We had to find a manger to set up the kids bowling and one lane ended up only having bumpers. We had to cut bowling short, so they had time to use the arcade cards. I had to go to the front desk to request him again because we never received our arcade cards. He never provided us with the VIP pass scavenger hunt for our son, but made sure to bring a bill. It was frustrating that this time wasn't as smooth since I had our 4 month old baby with us this time. I should've requested a more experienced host. The managers went above and beyond to try to make the rest of the party better. They were very sweet, and the managers have been excellent both times we've visited. Recommendation: I recommend the brunch bowling, it's a hit with 6-8 year olds. Request an experienced host and know they stick to a strict time table. There is zero room for adults and the only seating is for children. There isn't a place to set gifts or desserts or your supplies or sit down. I brought a box each time and put everything in it and under the pancake table. There is zero space for anything on the food table except what they provide. Request an extra serving table, but know that it infringes on the other parties space. If something does go wrong request a manager because all the managers have been amazing. Do not have Bryce as your host unless you have a small party and prefer to do things yourself. He needs more training before hosting on his own again.

Posting this for any other laser tag fans out there. Unfortunately they just āupgradedā their laser tag to a new system that is a significant downgrade. Itās hard to tell when your shooting (as the refresh rate for shots is significantly slower now), the buttons we were told not to use since the shield is also a power button and theyāve had trouble with people turning them off (design flaw), and the vests are huge and uncomfortable (especially for smaller kids). My son and I were the leaders of the group of 12 and yet we hated it. Very sad as we used to come for laser tag and bowling. Now you better be a bowling and video game fan to come. Someone made a terrible decision. Oh well smh
