Tremendous experience with Noah at Pappasitos Cantina. I have had thousands of dinning experiences throughout my life; Noah is the best Server I have ever experienced. Would highly recommend this location based off the experience with Noah and Team. World class.
Not much different than last week in Austin. Had reservations for 6:30 pm - arrived at 6:25pm - finally seated at 6:55 pm. Saw at least five other vacant tables that would accommodate our party of six. Surprise! Surprise! The table was dirty. Two visits a week apart in two different cities, seated at tables where dishes were cleared, but table top was greasy and sticky. I suppose that is the new standard for Papasito's dining rooms. The service was awful. We had to wait too long for drinks and refills. Our assigned server took our order, got us a second basket of chips, got us to-go boxes, and the check. Other servers did everything else: The first basket of chips, initial drinks, and brought out our food.
My wife went to the bar to get refills on our drinks because our server was nowhere to be found.
