Pei Wei Asian Kitchen

I went there with my daughter. The was extremely disappointing. I felt like I was eating at a low quality kung foo buffet. Haven’t been in a while, not at all the quality of chicken I remember. Chewy and tasteless. I had to keep looking at it to make sure it was white meat. Pei Wei used to offer quality meals at reasonable prices. No more. Higher prices, much less quality. We won’t be going back.

Havent been to Pei Wei awhile and was super happy to have their Pad Thai again. Disappointing at best. My order was correct and service was good, their pad Thai has seemed different. While I understand its not authentic, it was a good entree. Not so much any more.

Food was ok, quality and portion size was fair. Decent service.
My main concern was that my spicy drunken noodles didn't look like nor taste like what was on the menu.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Decent Service, But Food Fell Short

The customer service here was friendly and attentive, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the food just didn’t deliver. My Thai lettuce wraps had barely any chicken, and the Mongolian steak was mostly gristle, which made it hard to enjoy. To top it off, there were a few gnats buzzing around, which was not exactly appetizing. I think I’ve officially gotten my Pei Wei fix — I’m probably good for the next ten years before I come back.

The staff were very attentive to the guests. Food was good. Jaylin is great and very busy. He provided clarifying information about dishes and I wasn’t disappointed!

Hadn’t been here in a while and glad they finally remodeled this place as it was in need of a real face lift as it was dated prior. Good, quick casual options.

Soda machine out of carbonation, and they still continued to sell drink cups without letting customers know, even though they knew they're machine not working properly. Their tea was out also, so the only option was water...so what did I pay for. Kids' plates of noodles were watery and didn't have a good flavor....thank goodness my boys didn't seem to notice.

I was in town for a short while and decided to try this place. First time was a success so I was convinced to have two more cracks at it. Unfortunately the second and third times were not up to my standards. Still I think it’s worth a try.

Dean was great and took good care of us. It was our 1st time to eat at PeiWei. We enjoyed the food! The pumpkin spice donuts were delicious! We would definitely go back

Not the best they were in such a hurry to get me out of there, even though nobody was in there they threw away my carry out order ( they just handed me) when I stepped away for a minute to wash my hands; as food and place was sticky. Dumb staff!
