They have a grest atomsphere with good customer service and the chicken tenders are good it just needs some seasoning but the canes sauce as the sauce has the seasoning the chicken tender need

The best food franchise in the US
The person outside taking my order was very friendly and welcoming. She made my experience a great one once I got to the window the two employees were completely ignoring me and did not fulfill my order the way I expected it to be they were too distracted, talking about how they’re about to get off didn’t and did not really greet me for that reason I give it a three stars review because for the person taking my order, made it a good experience. It just ended with a bad experience.

So, it's not the locations fault. I went to try it out for the first time because....social media, of course. I wasn't impressed by the food. It lacked flavor, even just simple spices. The Canes sauce is well loved and sought out, but honestly, I didn't hate it, but I didn't love it. Now the sweet tea was awesome and was surprised. Now the staff was super friendly and attentive. They even dealt with a male "Karen" who was complaining, like they all do but rudely. I was impressed by the staff and the manager on how they handled themselves. Kudos to them because it was simply an exaggeration on his part. Plus, it's no one's fault. You're late from your lunchtime. Plan accordingly. No, where have I ever waited for more than 10 minutes. Your staff at this location is amazing and deserves to be recognized. As for the food, I would try improving the ingredients, but it was cooked and prepared well....the chicken and fries needed some salt and pepper at the least. Yes, I did at it myself that helped the fries, but the chicken needs more. Just my opinion.
