I go to this location a few times a month, always do the drive through. Every single time the people there who take my order and get my food are so friendly, fast and efficient. Even when the drive through line is long it always moves at a good pace. The food has always been perfect as well.

If like your fried chicken piping hot and good bread and so so fries then rush on over. The employees are efficient and usually pretty friendly. The pebble ice in your drinks is a nice addition. My only ding would be rationing out their special sauce. One little container is not enough for 4 stripes. Give the people at least two. And it could use a little better decor. But overall it is one of the most consistently tasty meals in the fast food world.
CHECK your bag EVERY time here. They left an entire meal out of my order at the drive thru. Their resolution was I can come back up there and get it or I can come back up there and get a refund. The manager refused to give me a refund over the phone and refused to use a service to deliver the food to make sure that all of my family had their food that I had already paid for.

If your going to make your drive thru like Chivk Fil A please at least get employees who take it seriously and do not talk and treat you like the would rather be anywhere else. Drive thru isn't even busy. It's 12:34 and they are clowning around and barley walking to cars that aren't close enough to them.
