This was a disappointing evening. My friend and I have always enjoyed dining at Saltgrass, and our waiter, Mr. Chris, seemed like a very nice person. Unfortunately, he didn’t check in on us throughout the meal, and we had to ask other waitstaff for assistance. To make matters worse, the food was cold. When we brought it to the manager’s attention, she didn’t offer any solutions or try to resolve the issue. I hope they can learn from this experience and improve moving forward.

Service here was awful, our waiter chris was not attentive and had never checked in had to call other waiters attention for service. Food was cold and dry why arrived just over all bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Went in for lunch and the "background music" was annoyingly loud (with hardly anyone in the restaurant). I asked if they could lower the music and they barely adjusted it down. I made a comment about Saltgrass being a restaurant rather than a bar, and was told "it's both". I wonder why it's called "Saltgrass Steakhouse" rather than "Saltgrass Bar & Grill"? Tried enjoying the meal as best we could and the waiter came to interrupt our noisy lunch to peddle a Landry dining card membership (while we had a mouth full of salad). Not an enjoyable lunch, not interested in the dining card and not likely to go back...

Long wait. OK food. but not the problem. I guess if you want a 300$ hitch and other things stolen off or out of your truck park at this place. Lost about 900$ worth of stuff. They need security in the parking lot like a few other places nearby also I can't park in the front because I have a decent size truck so grand total cost to eat here 1200$ lol just a heads up not including the pry damage around my door to my 90,000$ truck

Had lunch at this location. Food was delicious. Staff was attentive. We chose food from their lunch menu and it was generous portions - great deal for us. Thankfully they asked us if we were Landry members and we are & didn’t realize this was part of the Landry group. We had a credit so yay!!

Ordered Uber Eats from here today and it was literally the worst steak I’ve ever had. Completely inedible. Ordered the steak salad medium rare. It was delivered with no blue cheese nor dressing but the absolute worst part is the steak was basically leather. Would’ve made a better pair of boots than a meal. Zero stars. Worst Saltgrass experience I’ve had at any of the restaurants. Waste of money.
