I eat here a lot because I work near by. Food is good, staff friendly except the one person whom you would think would be friendly, the apparent franchise owner or manager , whichever he is... Never a smile , never a pleasant greeting .. DUDE! We are your customers act like you are happy to see us ! We have choices of where to eat at least PRETEND your happy we chose your place!!!! Otherwise Im tired of the indifferent attitude, I may need to go where they at least ACT like they want my business!

Man finally came to take my order at counter and seemed upset that I could barely understand what he was saying and then proceeded to yell at me that my card was expired and if you read it it CLEARLY was not. Their problem when I called my CC company. Schlotzskys in general may have lost a customer because of this owner. Very upsetting today to be humiliated in their store when it was their register problem not that I could not pay for my lunch.

Very disappointed. They didnt offer flatbreads. Even tho it's in menu. I order a soup that came in a small styrofoam bowl not the regular glass bowls. Also they didnt honor my 7 dollar off coupon through the app even tho I opened the coupon up. Now the coupon shows used cuz I opened it and I lost my coupon now because they dont honor it here. Wont be visiting this one ever again.

Tried to make an adjustment to my order and the worker at the counter refused to adjust or refund my order. Worst customer service I ever experienced.
I'd go again, it's better than a lot of other chain sub shops.

The owner does not treat her staff right. I’ve also seen them use water to stretch the soap out in the bathrooms!!! This is insane for the woodlands Texas! Sandwiches are extremely high in calories and not healthy. So many better options for food in the woodlands that is nearby!

The menu is quite a package. It took me almost 15 mins of reading and admiring to go through all the options literally. Prices are affordable. My order was there in less than 10 mins and tasted amazing. Definitely coming back here and would recommend and sub lovers to try it out!
