Boba and drinks were awesome!! The only negative factor about this place would be the employees’ attitudes. They made an error on my order and acted all rude when I politely asked them to correct it. I hope they don’t treat other customers this way because I felt very disrespected.

I had the Thai milk tea with boba and it was good. They let you customize how sweet you want your tea, unlike most places where the sweetness is fixes.
The service was quick and efficient.

This review may or may not be about the same worker that is mentioned in other negative reviews. Today 8/1, the only worker behind the counter and doing my drink, REFUSED to re-do my fruit tea drink that she overcharged me on by charging me a topping 3 TIMES. I had asked for a topping portion to be put in less than the normal amount put. Since she refused to do anything to correct her mistake, I asked for my refund. While doing so, she didn't apologize and had an ugly attitude and negative customer service.

Store is always so clean, but unfortunately, no matter the time of day they are always out of boba pearls. I drive 30+ minutes to come get Boba from here and this is the third time in a row that they have not had boba pearls. Not being told beforehand that they are out of pearls is very inconvenient considering I just paid $17 for 2 cups of tea… Looks like I will be in search of a new Boba shop that actually has Boba.

Such an unfortunate occurrence. I was so excited to see this was so close to home. I walked in and stood at the counter for a couple of minutes before I realized that there was someone talking on the phone crouched behind the counter. I did startle said girl that was crouched behind the counter after I greeted her to let her know I was in the store. It gets worse sadly. Then just to find out ,to my surprise, that they're out of the 3 of 4 items I was trying to order . One which was boba 🫣 Unfortunately I will never be back. MANAGEMENT OR OWNERS. I hope you can take all of this into consideration. I can tell you this, my family and I spend a small fortune on boba. It would have been very nice to be able to find a new favorite place.
The young woman taking orders wasn't friendly, no hello or smile. Place was empty, on the other hand the drunk was good.

I enjoy coming here.. but today I asked if there was any drinks with a small size employee don’t let me finish and says No It wasn’t that she denied, it was the way she said it, I am also a barista and understand it can get overwhelming but it was just her and me. I proceeded to ask for the strawberry milk tea and she proceeded to give me a small cup after she said they don’t do small cups.. I was here at 2:49pm

Never tried the ShareTea location in Frisco Texas. But on Spring Break in the Shenandoah/Woodlands area of houston stumbled upon one in MetroPark. Great selection of beverages. Ordered Pineapple Coconut Milk Tea with Crystal Boba. It almost tasted like a pina colada. Wife ordered the Ginger Milk Tea and kind reminded of indian chai. But cold version. Daughter had the Strawberry Coconut Milk Tea with Black Pearl Boba. Opted for All drinks at 30% sugar which was the perfect amount of sweetness.

I love the boba here, however, there is ever only one person on staff it seems. That person is always overwhelmed and behind on orders so it takes forever to come out.

I love the drinks here but I just don’t like the girl’s attitude on the front she always has an attitude and I can’t understand what she is saying and when I asked what was the pink thing they have on display for a drink she said that I didn’t ask for that but in reality I couldn’t understand what she saying and I don’t mean that in any disrespectful way.There is no need to answer back with an attitude.
