Not friendly, staff was so ruled.They said buy 10 drink get the 11th for free but its never happening because they keep telling you next time and next time. Never give you the free one. I keep the receipt to show them that how many drink I bought,they said i have to have the text message. But they not text me anymore after 10 drink. So Share tea scams me over $200 for non of free drink. Don’t trust them, don’t support share tea no more….

The whole reason I went out of my way to go to sharetea was to SHARE a milk tea. My kids never finish and having them split is why we go to share tea. When I asked about splitting it the woman (assume owner) said they don't do that there and looked as if she had no idea what I was talking about. So I asked for a second cup and split them myself and when I asked if they had a spoon bc the boba stayed in the bottom of the first one she pointed to the straws. So now I have 2 upset kids with no sealed lids (hopefully won't get a spill) and an unequal boba ratio. Also, the 50% sweetness tastes like 100% sweetness, so now she doesn't even want to drink it bc it is too sweet. And the bathroom was out of order. Awesome way to start a road trip...

I have never heard of a boba place that puts ice cream in their drinks but I am all for it. $9 is outrageous though!

Ladies who work here were nice enough to change the temperature of their ac. It was at 77 and it felt very warm inside. I appreciate they did that.I ordered the Strawberry with lychee jelly and ice cream and it was very good. Next time I will adjust the sugar levels as it tasted super sweet to me.

This shop is super clean and tidy. Has a few 4 & 2 top tables and small handful of bar top seating as an option. I ordered Hawaii fruit tea with Aiju jelly half sweet. This drink has a mixture of fruit flavors (made with green tea, orange, and grapefruit syrups). The aiyu jelly was a little too much or off putting for me it was like a citrus jello pulp that overpowered the drink. My kids both ordered the Oreo ice blended with pearl, half sweet. I took a taste and it was an enjoyable drink. The pearls were fresh and delicious. The overall average cost is 6 bucks a drink (which seems to be normal outside of the Bellaire area). Parking can be annoying to find near the establishment if you don't opt to park in the garage that's not far away. The location next to the movie theater and save and busters makes it s great option after enjoying the surrounding entertainment.

Best tea place around, make sure you try the mango and passionfruit tea with the aiyu jelly. I prefer mine with zero sugar, hopefully you'll thank me later.

I did not order from this location personally but I am an Uber eats driver and I am picking up for a customer and I had been standing at the pick up area for several minutes and the 2 employees never looked at me or even acknowledge my existence. After several customers walked in AFTER me and placed their orders. I had to ask them if they could see if they had the order I needed. I don’t know what it is about customer service these days but I’m fed up with being ignored by employees because we aren’t ordering directly. One of the main points you should make in a customer service based establishment is you acknowledge every person that walks in or is clearly standing in front of you waiting for assistance.Parking: Only parallel parking in front of the building. If there’s no space there you’ll have to walk to it from another parking location
Great branch of a well known chain. Only boba available which means no snacks but that also means the service is super quick! Being able to customize ice and sweetness was a welcome addition to the usual ordering process!

The location of this place is spot on; directly in between a plaza consisting of an AMC theatre (Metropark location), a few restaurants and a Dave n Busters. Perfect place to grab a little sweet treat when in the area! I've never had a bad experience here, the service is always great although the workers do seem a bit stressed at times but I totally get the feeling. My drinks always taste yummy, and there's always something new on their seasonal menu. It's a pretty spacious place too if you wanted a place to study or hang out.

I’ve been drinking boba tea for years, especially in Vegas, at various places, and this is the first time I could taste a huge difference in the Taro Milk Tea (also, the Thai Milk Tea) They both had this rich toasty flavor. Absolutely love it. You must try.
