Went with a party of 7. Food was delicious, especially the drumsticks and rolls. The baked potato was the size of a dinner plate. Place was clean and service was great. They must have offered the most scrumptious dinner rolls at least 8 times to us. Everyone was pleased.

Ordered through Uber eats. Did not realize they pre-sauce the meat or would have ordered from somewhere else. The baked beans were runny, and they left out a dessert. Overall the flavor was good and the food arrived hot, but I would still prefer to add my own sauce if it needs more flavor, so I'll be looking elsewhere when I want bbq without spending a day on the smoker

They forgot to give me a $7 item I paid for in my take-out!REVISED 2-7-24: The response to me was to go to a website they set up especially for responding to problems. I did that a week ago and STILL HAVE NOT HEARD A SINGLE WORD from Spring Creek BBQ regarding this! This is NOT what customer service means!!

We have been going to Spring Creek on I45 in Conroe for many years and always have been satisfied; however today after spending $50 for only two people to eat, the girl handing out fresh bread refused to give us two pieces each. She said it was policy. In the past, they have always given us two each. Their prices went UP, and their servings of bread went DOWN. When I complained to the manager, at first he got on to the girl, but then he got after me for being upset. He said I got in her face, which was not true. In fact, he got in my face. WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.*Also, as a footnote, the place was not clean. I had to take a napkin and clean a tray after searching through the stack for two clean ones.The floors were dirty, and there was NO unsweet ice tea. Apparently, they are short staffed, or maybe under new management.
