I stop by here in the early hours for matcha. This location is busy from opening - as you can imagine, quite convenient location for commuters. The staff offers speedy and friendly service. I appreciate the thoughtful messages they've been putting on the cups recently. I give 3 stars because it's the 3rd time they either missed my sweetener or used the wrong type milk 😥 I could have asked for a remake, but I order in advance for a reason... I don't want to wait. Would appreciate more attention to details.

How do you draw an alÃan on someone’s cup for how they look!?? Well that’s what I got from this store I know I’m not pretty but I don’t look like a freaking alien! Talked to the manager he was nice but I think is wrong and whoever drew this will get what they deserved, don’t forget it if you read this, and yes I felt discriminated I might sound like an alien hope that super power that they have comes to my hands haha

We ordered a Trenta cold brew through the app, on our way in a rush somewhere, and received an iced coffee instead. Very disappointing. We don’t typically go to this Starbucks and won’t be coming back again.

Please tell me, what’s up with the homeless man who’s always there and takes a bath in the bathroom? Can we organize some social services for him? I feel bad but also he makes me uncomfortable because he tries to make a conversation with me and my child. He’s been coming here for a long time now, and as convenient as this location is, we have to go to another coffee shop.
