CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS THEY TRIED TO CHARGE US $5 MORE THAN WHAT WE GOT AND THEN GOT MAD THAT WE NOTICED AND WANTED OUR MONEY BACK. manager was literally right there and couldn't care less her employee was handling the situation completely wrong. I have worked in customer service for years and I'm astonished at this service. I will also be complaining to corporate cause this needs to be fixed ASAP

Ordered online to grab on my lunch break. Got there, grabbed my sandwich and left, lady at the counter was nice. Got back to work and opened my sandwich to a totally wrong order. It had my name on it and my order but when I opened it, it was a totally different sandwich. I ate it anyway since I didn’t have time to go back and get the right one, but won’t go back again.

The Mexican manager who’s a female is very rude and stingy with toppings. 20$ for two numbered 6inches. She made a point to be rude and then overcharge. Please fire her and get somebody who likes their job

The employees at this location are beyond brain dead 3 of them and they couldn't figure out how to make my sub made it completely wrong even after correcting them multiple times.it made me so mad I just left absolute waist of time and money don't go here plenty of better locations with employees with some semblance of competence.
