Such an awful experience!!
I placed my order online and it said pickup at 9pm.
I arrive 10 til and told the woman I was picking up an order but I was early & I didn’t see it in the pickup area.
After 3 customers had come and gone I went to the counter at 9:12 to make sure I was at the right place.
Turns out the order had been ready the whole time.
The lady told me “when you come in you have to tell us you’re here for a Togo order.” Her & her coworker then started speaking in Spanish and laughing in my face. I will not be going back to this location!! So unprofessional.

I order online beceuse i have to hurry and get back to work and I feel like my extra meat is never added when I order online. I got a salad this time and asked for double chickenand it seemed like I didnt even get 1 full serving let alone 2. And this has happened before as well of course when I order in store im watching and they ad the meat and thats how I know im getting jipped on the online orders. This store is clean and no problem with the taste of the food but I just never get my extra protein when I order online.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS THEY TRIED TO CHARGE US $5 MORE THAN WHAT WE GOT AND THEN GOT MAD THAT WE NOTICED AND WANTED OUR MONEY BACK. manager was literally right there and couldn't care less her employee was handling the situation completely wrong. I have worked in customer service for years and I'm astonished at this service. I will also be complaining to corporate cause this needs to be fixed ASAP
