The food is usually ok. This last time as pho prime the meat was tough.

Awesome food, my favorite is the vermicelli but the pho is also delicious. Everything is very fresh and always top notch. The Viet coffee is my only gripe here. $6 for a half of a cup of coffee with no refills is a tad ridiculous but it is pretty good, just extremely overpriced. Pho and vermicelli bowls meanwhile are very fairly priced and one of my favorite spots to eat pho and vermicelli.

Edit, after going today to use one of their Facebook promos, I was told I had to click the offer in store to use it. I had already clicked it because the offer says I simply needed to use it the same day I clicked it. Although the food is good, we will not be back. It was good while it lasted but there are hundreds of other good restaurants with better service in a 10 mile radius.

One of the slowest Pho places my husband and I have ever been to. We ordered a bowl of pho each. A group of 6 people ordered after us, 30 minutes later, they received their order before us.....30 minutes later! I asked how much longer the wait is for our food and was told another 5 minutes.....because they forgot about our order! Got a refund and left.

I decided to try this pho place because it looked clean and nice from google pictures. when I ordered bun bo, they said they no longer have that. When I got my pho, the noodles were so hard and it was hard for me to chew it. so I returned it and they gave me a new one, not much better… while I was waiting for my replaced pho, I noticed the veggie plate they provided, the basil had mold and dirt…staff acted like they didn’t care about anything. If you want good pho, go somewhere else.

Everything is good, except that the Pho Broth was too salty. i mean why do you have to put so much SALT in it?

The pho taste was actually amazing, until I actually looked inside the pho…. I understand ingredients are prepped hours before but I’ve never had this happen to me… I found little flys and bugs in my food! I wasn’t able to eat my food and wasn’t even offered a refund. Please just ask for fresh ingredients!

This is my go-to pho place and usually everything is great but my last trip here was awful. Took about 55 minutes to get a takeout order. I saw people getting their meals that had come in after me. I asked the employee what the hold up was only to be told they were short staffed and were prioritizing dine-in.

I've been going here since they opened (when they were Pho Fix) and have never had this issue. Will be thinking twice before going here again.

Extremely disappointed with service at this restaurant. Ordered a pho to go at around 1:20. Didnt get the food until 2 pm. Looked like the employee misplaced the ticket and forgot to finish making the order. I could’ve gone in and out of a sit down restaurant faster than my order experience here.

I ordered a pho combination and honey lemongrass beef vercimilli, but received a shrimp vercimilli instead. I’ve ordered an hour before I come pickup and my order was still not ready. Plus, when I called to confirm about the coupon BOGO pho, a woman that took my order told me I can mix and match with the vecimilli, but when I got there they told me no.
About the pho, the beef ball was old and has that foul smell, and the portion was like for a child side.
The broth was so sweet and full of MSG.. I broke out since I am allergic to msg. Never eat here again and the server was so mean.

The people and service were great. Looks like a modern cafeteria (newer furniture; slightly comfortable). There was a condenser in the roof leaking and dripping on a table. I can't believe it's never been noticed. I'm not a fan at all of "order at the counter" cafe style restaurants... but I'll put that aside for this review, as my wife really wanted to try this place out. I wish we had seen the menu online, as it is VERY limited to pho and just a couple of appetizers ( you better like pork and shrimp because it's in a LOT of things). I found the pho broth to be thin... like they spent no time on it or cheated the process to be more 'efficient'. It was watery thin. Not proper broth. The meat in the pho was almost tasteless. Not exciting. The noodles were good, but I NEVER should have added the veggies -- as they were all LIMP and SOFT. Sprouts are supposed to be crisp and crunchy. But, I thought it wasn't a big deal so I added them anyway (this broth needed all the help I could give it)... and it turned out to be a huge mistake. The LIMP sprouts clung to the noodles and I'd get a wad of them clumped together like a gummy ball and it was nasty (more of a nasty texture than anything else). I ended up having to dump a HUGE amount of rooster sauce (sriracha) into the pho just to give it some body and taste. "Spicy Hot" was a better taste than "seasonless, thin broth." I understand that everyone can have an off day -- but you need to have someone working the kitchen that LOVES what they create (and taste tests their own cooking) instead of people working a line that are just following some cookie-cutter low-effort process. I don't know how they make everything behind the scenes, but for me it tasted like everything was from a box or kit and they were just heating, opening, and pouring stuff that had been put together elsewhere. No love in that bowl. And while I usually give restaurants 3 tries before I call it quits (because everyone can have an off day) I have no plans of returning. The LIMP veggies still made it to my table -- and they were ALL like that, which tells me the workers have no idea what it's supposed to be like... or they don't care. Oh... and the special iced coffee we ordered that cost something like $7 or $8 was 90% filled with tiny ice (meaning VERY LITTLE room for the actual coffee). Four sips and it was done.

Vegetarian options: I think they might have had two items that were listed in such away to make me think they were vegetarian options -- but you had to go by the description and make that assumption as there is no clear "Vegetarian" label. This place has extremely limited options.

Dietary restrictions: If you're not into pork or shellfish (shrimp) you might want to be VERY CAREFUL with what you order.

Parking: Street parking is limited. We were there on a mid-afternoon on a Saturday. We were the ONLY people in the restaurant. But, I had to drop everyone off and park behind the complex just to find a spot. I'd hate to imagine how difficult it would be during an actual lunch or dinner rush.

Kid-friendliness: It's okay for kids -- meaning it's not uber-posh. It's like a modern cafeteria, so it's all business -- eat and get out.

This is a new Pho restaurant ( previously Pho Fix). I ordered the Pho Combination (item #7 on the menu, $13). It took awhile for the food to come, there were people waiting for their to-go orders, while there were 5 groups of diners inside the restaurant. My food came out hot and with a lot of noodles. The eye round steak slices were fully cooked although I much preferred medium rare. The brooth was good and decent which I think most people will enjoy it. We also ordered spring rolls ($8)which are good and fresh.. the dipping sauce was watery, not the usual thick peanut sauce people accustomed with but it was good. overall a decent Pho place in the Woodlands and we need more Asian crusine in this area. I will be back to try their Chicken Pho and the Beef Stew… 👍 Btw, there is a vegetarian pho option on the menu)

The pho is great, but the egg rolls could do better. They are mini egg rolls which doesn’t clarify that on the menu
