Absolutely love this place. Came in for a quick bowl of pho and was blown away by the service. I believe the manager's name is Duke – he has this incredible ability to anticipate what you need before you even ask. He noticed we’d finished our appetizer and had the plates cleared instantly, and he recommended a new tea that was perfect. His professionalism isn't stiff 10/10 🥰

We came during a crazy dinner rush, and the efficiency was something to behold. The person clearly in charge was everywhere at once: seating guests, answering phones, and at one point, he dashed to the kitchen line to help garnish a few bowls, moving with the practiced ease of a seasoned chef. To have that level of operational control and still make every guest feel personally attended to is the sign of a phenomenal general manager !

The wait staff were very attentive and helpful. Pho Tai Nam and Pho Chay (vegan) were delicious! Cafe Sua Da (Vietnamese iced coffee) was very strong and good! I was disappointed that the Banh Khot was not available to try.

On 8/17/2025 at 4:50 PM, someone at Pho Prime hung up on me not once, but twice. I accidentally placed an order at the wrong restaurant — which was my mistake and I completely understand. But when I called to cancel (since the place is two hours away), they don't even bother saying anything else but just hung up. Twice. If your staff can't handle a simple phone call without throwing a fit, they have no business working in hospitality. That means they can't handle serving your customers then. If yall want pho, this restaurant has good pho, but I recommend going somewhere else with better pho and service. I would rather take an old pho shop with a kid walking around helping their family than to eat here.
Stopped in for a bite with the wife and we were not disappointed! The staff was super friendly, service was fantastic and the PHO ITSELF is superb! The broth, noodles and proteins were so good! I got meatball and steak 😋 she got meatball and we both loved!!! Would definitely recommend and be back with friends! Fyi: bring your card no cash accepted

This is hands down the best Pho I have ever had in my life. My husband and I have been under the weather recently and their Pho literally brought us comfort. The flavor of the broth is insane. I have never had Pho like this before. They genuinely know what they are doing here and how to keep flavor in their broth and their noodles. We also tried their egg rolls. These are 1000% homemade. You have to order them. They're crispy and packed full of flavor. We will definitely be back! Not to mention they have amazing service!
