The interior is small but tidy, and the cookies are plentiful- except if you come in the evening, when tons are sold out, and for good reason! I'll have to come back for the oatmeal chocolate chip, which was sold out when I came around 7 pm. I got the pecan chocolate chip cookie (fine) and snickerdoodle (very good) warmed up, and a cookie dough truffle in a separate baggie (definitely a dense truffle and not a cake pop, don't let the ball shape confuse you!).

These cookies were disgusting. This was our first time trying Tiff's Treats. Never again. Seems to me they don't know how to bake. Should not matter what time you go it always should be fresh.

I have also taken the liberty of posting to several social media outlets my shock at discovering that your establishment no longer accepts CASH as a form of payment!I REFUSE to do business with ANY establishment so scummy as to refuse cash. You may think it’s all some big cutesy thing to pretend you’re “too futuristic” to accept cash, but cash is still King, and your unwillingness to accept it means that you’ve not only disgusted a prospective customer, but ensured that the absurdity of your “cashless” establishment is disseminated far and wide. I am truly SHOCKED. You guys are the ONLY business I have been to in The Woodlands with this idiotic policy.I will NEVER return to this place and your employees are lucky that I did not make a FAR bigger issue out of this than I did.

Cookies are great but be really loud and explicit when you order. I clearly asked for half dozen and got charged a dozen. The total amount seemed to high to me so I checked and found out I got wrongly charged. Asked for a refund and she said they couldn't do it... not coming back to this location.
Cookies are good, staff is nice. The building is super warm though, I went in to get an order and just being in there a few minutes was awful. I can't imagine how it is for employees.

My son had a delivery for his birthday, and I got home a few hours later, and it was covered in ants. I called them to let them know what happened and they immediately said they would re-bake and resend the cookies within two hours. The delivery came exactly as promised, warm from the oven. This company goes above & beyond, exceptional customer service. ?

yum! first time trying this place and I had to take a bite out of each as soon as I got in the car! everything was soo good. I loveeeee the snickerdoodle specifically and how soft it is. the chocolate chip cookie dipped thing was also surpassingly good, I usually don't like cake pops and stuff like that but this was not to sweet! the inside smelled amazing as soon as I walked in the aroma hit me of freshly baked goods, also quick and fast service! can't wait to try more :)
