Best sushi in the woodlands for sure!We usually get the baked mussels for appetizers. We love all the sushi bar apps. The fish is fresh and everything is reasonably priced. I highly recommend going to their happy hour so you can try more of their stuff. Also the owner and staff are super friendly & attentive!!

Meh. The place was empty outside of three other tables and our drinks never got refilled. Sushi was ok you could taste it was not fresh the color was also dull so it even looked old. The happy hour had great selection and prices but the actual food was not worth another visit despite the good deal. Restaurant was clean,

We stumbled upon this place and were pleasantly surprised by how nice the place looked. Service by Makailey was top notch; her recommendations were delicious. We have never had 'monkey brain' before but we trusted Makailey's suggestion and we loved it. I won't tell what is in it so you will have to try it yourself. We will definitely come back to try the other items on the menu and will highly recommend this place.

I was super disappointed with the taste of the sushi. The prices don’t reflect the quality. Paid $18 for a $6 roll.

This is my go to sushi spot in the woodlands. The rolls are a little bit small but they are so good! The staff was very fast and friendly. Service was great. The ambiance was nice calm and relaxing.

Why bother running a restaurant if you’re not going to pay attention to your customers? The service here was pretty disappointing. When I walked in, there were four other people waiting to be seated, but nobody bothered to greet us. While we waited, I saw someone call the restaurant just to let them know they were waiting, but it still took ages for their food to arrive. And even then, they didn’t acknowledge the rest of us waiting. Finally, one person got fed up and went to the bar to complain. After that, we were all seated, but then we had to wait another six minutes.I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this experience wasn’t great. On the bright side, our server was really nice, and it wasn’t her fault things were so slow.As for the food, it’s decent if you’re in the mood for hot Japanese dishes, but if you’re expecting top-notch sushi, you might be disappointed. It’s more like what you’d find at a decent sushi buffet, not a high-end sushi bar.

The chicken udon soup wasn't particularly my favorite, because the chicken was dry, and the broth had a chemical taste to it. It was edible, just not something I would order again. The salmon was awesome, big winner, as was the Daddy Doo. The service was absolutely top notch, zero complaints there, and the ambiance was good - a bit cold, but I warmed up with delicious loose leaf green tea. I was very impressed that they use loose leaf tea and not bagged, it brought my experience overall up a lot and was delicious. No doubt, would visit here again, but would branch out and try other dishes.

We tried Top Sushi last Sunday for the first time. We were so pleased to see that on Sunday it is Happy Hour all day! We ordered Miso soup for my daughter, an order of calamari and hot sake to start. Everything we ordered came out quickly and smelled heavenly. We tried three rolls- The Volcano, Super Crunchy and The Big Bang. The fish was fresh. The presentation was beautiful. The food tasted amazing. I am so happy to find a new sushi place nearby!
