The food was amazing . The white meat was moist , tender and delicious . The food was better than any other churches hands down . The service is phenomenal . Nice and friendly staff . Hot & fresh food ! I repeat , hot and fresh . They meet all the check marks and check all the boxes for leading other churches by example because this is no ordinary churches . This location is really good however the buscits could have been a touch softer and had a lil more honey butter drizzle but even the soda was strong , it tasted like opening a fresh bottle of Coke coming straight from their fountain drink machine . I kindly ask for some chicken after all it is a chicken restaurant and the rude little child on the other end of the speaker said it would be 20 minutes for some chicken. I will not be eating at any Churches Chicken from here on out!!! Teach your employees the value of a customer!!!!

Had to wait 20min in line for 2 cars then I was told to I had no choice to take what they only had on chicken. If I wanted regularl to wait another 20. I gave them an easy option, but was refused.

Shepard,tx location. Staff nice but food,not that good. I ordered fried okra that was so stingy,I could not eat and chicken was not spicy. I think I'll fry my own and save money.

If you have a combo for $28.99 that includes 6 biscuits that are $5.99 alone and you don't have them PLEASE allow your employees to sub a premium side that only costs $4.99. We already had potatoes and DIDN'T want French fries and already had coleslaw. What is the problem with doing that when IT'S not my fault you are out of biscuits?? And please train your employees to have a little more respect, I know customer service has gone down the toilet but I have a problem with this place and the same 2 young ladies are always there. Thank you

I won't be going there again. You gotta order and then double check it because the cashier has her head somewhere else. Good grief I had to repeat the order 3 times and the quantity was still wrong. How hard can it be?!

They're not bad for being a Churches Chicken in the middle of a gas station. Because business traffic is so low through there, sometimes, you may experience a short wait for your meal (the same as if you went to any other restaurant of your choosing) they always seem to do a good job on hiring their staff; always so friendly and nice ... it's refreshing to step in somewhere and see smiling faces
My cashier “Lianet” I believe was her name not too sure but she is the best cashier. She gave me everything I asked whereas some restaurants, when I ask them for something, they don’t listen. I don’t go to any other Church’s Chicken besides this one all because of my favorite cashier Lianet. she needs a raise!!!

There Chicken tenders should not be call tenders. Over cooked and small . The bombers are awesome that's and sweet tea is the only reason I go,plus my son loves there fries ?

I'm a little disappointed. This location is nowhere near as good as the location I went to in Las Vegas. Not even pickles for the chicken sandwich. The chicken breast was small and greasy. Won't be one I'll be going to again.
