The food here is consistently great, but what really makes the experience special is the service especially from Suzanne. She always greets me my name and usually knows what exactly what I want it eat before I even order. That kind of personal touch is rare these days and it keeps me coming back.

We waited 20 mins for a table.my .we had a party of 8,everyone's food came except my friends and our nieces pancakes.no one apologized cook came out we told her,it took another 10 mins .she told her to cancel her order,everyone else was done eating No one offered refills Service was horrible We will never go back..

I'm very disappointed in this IHOP the food was cold and the coffee was cold and they wouldn't even give us our senior citizen discount I will never step foot in this establishment ever again this is the worst IHOP I have ever been in when we seen that this dump was empty we should have walked out but it is what it is
