On 07/10/25 @ 4:46 pm Store #4952 check#4142 I asked multiple employees for manager, all ignoring me with blank stares, by the 5th request a lady came to the counter, I told her the ladies bathroom was unsanitary, there was a trash can overflowing with feces, something brown splattered all over the sink, unused toilet paper on the ground. She looked around at 5 other employees said give me a minute, 5 minutes go by she and two male employees go into the bathroom with no gloves, or implements to sanitize the bathroom. Nor did they place the yellow marker in front of door to let patrons know it’s being serviced. I went back into the bathroom after them and nothing had been addressed, they went back to work with out washing their hands. I’ve taken a video for the owner of this franchise to see how inefficiently the business is being run.

Don't believe their advertising When there for their $3.99 big breakfast, and was told it's $4.99 even though the sign in the window clearly says $3.99. Manager said too bad. Why don't you take the sign out of the window. False advertising at its best.

I’ve ordered here several times I always ask that my food is cooked fresh yesterday I order a breakfast platter cook to order I watched as my food was prepared my French toast sticks where not cooked done and my eggs came from a bowl sitting on the line that taste like I was chewing sautéd rubber🙄 then when I say something the cook on the line had a snobby attitude white Ashely who was the team lead checked her phone and said nothing about it I’m extremely disappointed with the service and food that was given to me
I've ordered from here before and have not had any problems until today. I went through the drive thru, and it was quick. The cashier was polite and got my order fast. Unfortunately, my order was not correct, and I did not realize it until I got to Livingston. There is no number on the receipt to contact this location, and the number on the website and Google maps are out of service. So I have no way to get my money back until the next time I pass by, which is rare these days. I ordered 4 tacos and 3ct egg rolls; I received 2 tacos and jalapeños poppers which I cannot eat.

I bought curly fries and they were cold so I went back and asked them kindly if I could get hot ones and I gave then the other fries back and when I got my other fries they were even colder
