Placed a $45 order only for half the food to be wrong, and before you think wow $45 you must have gotten alot, it was 3 combos and 1 kids meal, they parked us, and the car in front of us, the guy in front had been waiting so long he went inside, once our food was delivered to the car we had been waiting so long we drove away, after getting home we discovered the teriyaki bowl had vegetables which we ordered without them, the bacon ultimate cheese burger that was ordered was on sourdough bread, not how we order it, the only 2 combos that were right were the 10 piece chicken nugget and kids mean chicken nugget, all the fries were cold,..... if you are parked you expect all the food to be correct and hot.... unfortunately this is right down the road from my house, and also not the first time this has happened

Tried the milk tea Boba pretty sure it's instant the perals were undercooked and tough and it's so sweet it makes your jaw hurt. If you dont like real Boba but wanna look cultured it's perfect for you.

I only ordered to two Tacos but the where fresh and hot and the staff was polite. It was cool to see a good staff in fast food industry that's not always the case.
Went the drive-thru on 12/29/23 around 11:30am. The young lady that took our order was very hospitable and that was the best Sourdough Jack and seasoned curly fries I've eaten in the longest while. Everything was cooked perfectly. Most J-I-T-B's I've been to will over cook everything.

Me and my boyfriend went there today and the place was filthy. All but 2 tables were dirty, the floor looked like it had been swept in days and the 2 workers we dealt with were very rude. We will not go back there again.

Thank you from the Punkin Evergreen volunteer fire department. This Jack in the Box provided free food and drinks to probably a hundred firefighters when on scene for the chemical plant fire.

I went in to order food like people do when they are hungry as I am right about to order one of the employees named Abbyta pulls the employee that was trying to take my order away from the register and starts whispering to her as she is looking at me. She comes back to the register an is upset so I asked what it was about. The lady taking order tells me we can't give you any discounts or free food. First of all I did not ask for a discount or free food I came with my own cash. She made the comment she was just trying to do her job. If you were doing you're job you wouldn't of been pulling other employees away from theirs. I wasn't going to post a review but I woke up this morning and I am hearing I was treated that way at a place of business because Abbyta thinks I'm doing the deed with her guy which is also another employee that works there. I guess being nice to people when they talk to you is messing with someone like that. Sounds like Jack needs to get it together!
