Delicious brisket and sausage. Random stop on our drive through East Texas...so glad we did. If you get the sandwich, recommend having the sauce on the side so you can add it yourself/bun fell apart (but the meat/the real star was A++ so not docking them for the bun). Mr. Jimmy was very friendly.
One-man show, competitive BBQ pit master. "Everything I cook is good." He's not kidding. We had ribs, brisket, sausage & a brisket sandwich. Even his sides (beans & potato salad) were delicious! If you're looking for outstanding Texas BBQ in an authentic atmosphere, do yourself a favor & stop in.
Fantastic brisket and beans, fork tender and delicious flavor. Best brisket we've had in years and we are from Elgin who has bbq. And you won't find better prices ANYWHERE.
