I’ll support a local business over fast food any day. Perfect spot off the 10 and ample amount of space. I think it’s the perfect spot for a trucker. Rather than eating junk food that cost the same as here you can get a lot of good food. Menudo was my favorite. Got the super Mexican plate to go for dinner.

I love Mrs Delfina. She’s always got a smile on her face to welcome you in after a long day/night of driving. Keep our truck parking area clean, she provides a dumpster. Great food, great atmosphere, great service, and easy on/off access to I-10.
