We stopped here on our drive across Texas on Highway 10. There is a local popular little grill restaurant inside with very fresh homemade food. We had such a delicious fajita and veggie burrito made with fresh chicken (not frozen fajita pieces). They also had burgers and sandwiches on their menu.

My sister and I stopped for lunch as we drove through on our way to Hollowman Airforce Base.... DELICIOUS!! We are the daughter's of somewhat renown French chef, both major "foodies"... and may I say... What a JEWEL we stumbled upon. I got the jalapeño bacon burger, and OMG, one of THE best burgers ever. Meat was GOOOOD, cooked perfectly (still uber juicy but cooked through). I also dumped the little green salsa container onto the burger... I don't know if it was the salsa or the fresh slightly sautéed jalapeños... but I got quite the "wake-up" ??? My sister has to make the same drive in a couple of weeks and she's making it a point to stop here! AND... the staff was lovely.... and their cook sings too!!!!
