These people are some of the nicest and most genuine people in our community. This place has become my go to for my normal morning routine. Hot teas, coffee, tea, breakfast. They have it all!!! It's a great place to sit and read a book or just think. I love it and give it 5 stars everyday!!!

If you are looking for the best Tea shop then look no further... The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and before long they feel like family! They don't stop at tea though, be sure to ask about the protein donuts and the acai bowl - you have to try these, trust me.

She is a hard worker and always wants to please her customers. She goes above and beyond for anyone. She always greets me right away when I come into the shop. There is no doubt how much time, energy, and hard work the owners have put into their business to make sure they stand out from the rest! Their customer service has been on point from day one and has been consecutive each and every time I open their door…which has been each and every single day that they’ve been in business. (I’m hooked on their flavors and their “aim to please!) The owners are always front and center to greet customers. They’ve trained their staff to be just as hospitable as they are! I know each of them by name and have actually built relationships with most of them. Who could ask for more? How amazing is it to have a hometown business that knows who you are when you call in…based on what you order?! How great is it to have a business that reminds you and always clarifies your order when you forget and leave something out?! They have never once taken me for granted and have always treated me like I am a priority…every day! The above is only part of the reason I will Never go anywhere else!

I was recommended to come to 515 because of the great experience. This was my first time coming to this shop and when I walked in, the three young ladies looked at me and continued their conversation and laughing like I was not even there. I proceed to walk in (half way in) and still have yet to be acknowledged nor greeted. I got all the way to the bar for someone to say “Hi”. I asked what was the best seller Shake and the young lady could not even answer the question and looked to another worker to answer the question(like do you not work here)?I left and asked my mom to come to go inside to make sure I wasn’t crazy. Not even 2 minutes she walked outside and stated that no one greeted her and instead laughed at her. Yes we are African American and the staff looked at us as if they don’t serve Black ppl. Bad experience and didn’t even order anything. I Will not be returning.
