Well, let me tell y’all, Casa Olé is what I call high livin’ here in Silsbee. You walk in and it’s like stepping into Mexico—if Mexico was designed by a Dollar General interior decorator. Bright colors everywhere, like they just discovered the neon section at Hobby Lobby. I swear, it’s so festive you almost forget you’re parked next to a tractor supply. Now, the food? Honey, it’s Tex-Mex, which means it’s Mexican food that went to community college. The queso tastes like melted Velveeta with a dream, and those enchiladas? They look like they’ve been through some things. But listen, that’s not why we come here. We come for the chips and salsa that never stop coming—because nothing says romance like unlimited carbs. This is the spot for all life’s big moments: cheap dates, after-church gossip sessions, and celebrating your cousin’s third engagement. You’ll see folks dressed up in their Sunday best, which in Silsbee means clean jeans and a shirt without a tractor logo. And when that sizzling plate of fajitas comes out? Whew, you’d think Beyoncé just walked in the room the way everybody stares. Is it fancy? Lord, no. But it’s our fancy. And when you’re sipping that sweet tea under a sombrero light fixture, you feel like royalty—trailer park royalty, but royalty nonetheless. Final Thoughts: Casa Olé ain’t Michelin-starred, but it’s the crown jewel of Highway 96. Five stars for making me feel like I’m on vacation without leaving the zip code.

Normally, I get the enchilala dinner because I am a creature of habit and a pickey eater, but I tried something new on my visit to Casa Ole, which was great and I will be ordering it again. I think it was the Fiesta. They prepared it exactly how I asked, and it was great. I have been eating here since I was much younger and still love it today.

The service was fast and friendly. The overall environment was in need of a good cleaning. The bathrooms smelled heavily of urine and the floors were sticky and dirty. The food was hot and fresh and everything was correct though.
I've been coming here for many years . I do not know what has happened but the food was terrible. My fever was sweet as she could be and it's clean and nice but the food has definitely declined we have had a few important family moments here so I'm a little bummed about this. 😢

Employees eat and sir in front of customers and don't wip up tables. And mangers just sit on his but and doesn't check on tables. Like there not busy and my and my wife had to whipp our own tables before we sat down
