Well, let me tell y’all, Casa Olé is what I call high livin’ here in Silsbee. You walk in and it’s like stepping into Mexico—if Mexico was designed by a Dollar General interior decorator. Bright colors everywhere, like they just discovered the neon section at Hobby Lobby. I swear, it’s so festive you almost forget you’re parked next to a tractor supply.

Normally, I get the enchilala dinner because I am a creature of habit and a pickey eater, but I tried something new on my visit to Casa Ole, which was great and I will be ordering it again. I think it was the Fiesta. They prepared it exactly how I asked, and it was great. I have been eating here since I was much younger and still love it today.

The service was fast and friendly. The overall environment was in need of a good cleaning. The bathrooms smelled heavily of urine and the floors were sticky and dirty. The food was hot and fresh and everything was correct though.
