I came to Chili’s in Silsbee and had the best time. We sat on the bar side, had a few drinks that tasted amazing, we had great service from our waitress, and the food came out hot and tasting delicious. You can’t beat the chips and salsa here, it’s so fresh, and the food is just phenomenal. Along with just the vibe and atmosphere here! Can’t wait to go back!

The waitress was awesome, the food was pretty good but the president margarita that we went there for was a new recipe that was too sweet and just made the whole experience not so good
I just worked a 16 hr shift and met up with my son witch is 18 and his friends he works with out at Chevron Phillips. I was hoping toget some good for and enjoy a drink after a long 2 days of work. Well my waitress could not get what I wanted due to I left my license at home ( witch is fine, I look young) I show her a a paper of it and even a picture and that wouldn't do. So I left to go home 15 miles away just so I could enjoy dinner with my family, when I came back my son and every one was done eating so no biggy I go sit at the bar and continue to order my meal and drink. As soon as I sat down my old waitress called the bartender ( trying to insinuate something) the bartender finishes making what I ordered first then I presented my license because I already knew what it was about. She took a quick glance then headed in the back. If I have everything I need and went to extra lengths just to get it worked a 16 hr shift I'm 36 years old and I have my license then why is that adolescent waitress interfering with me eating and prolonging it. If it don't concern you then don't include yourself there is a reason I went to another person to order and give a tip. The only reason why I was extremely bothered is the other people that where ordering drinks never got asked to present a id and maybe the same age as me or a lil older than me. yes . I look young and I swear of that but if you are going to do it to one person do it to all don't blame it on TABC ITS CLEARLY JUST A PERSONAL JUDGEMENT AT THIS POINT, and even so if I leave and go out of my way to get my credentials and go, go to a bartender don't call her to the back to discuss me. It's clearly poor judgemen t and adolescent behavior.

Me and a friend went first time at this Chili's bar and grill they could not get my friends drink right which was tea half and half then they brought out my food and not hers and did not tell her that hers had fallen on the floor or something had happened to it and then 10 minutes later it come out and then she goes to pay and the waitress did not pay attention to the change and thought it was 50 cents and it wasn't it was 30 cents at the end so proceeded to give her change so my friend just left the change on the table.

Food was absolutely terrible. Ordered a med rare steak, got something that moo’s back when i poke it. Wife got the fajita trio, shrimps were barely edible, the rest was unseasoned and covered in butter like that would fix it. This place was pretty good once, not anymore.
