Ordered a 4 pc chicken strip box no drink, they asked me to pull around to the front and they’d bring it out, I waited 15 min. 2 employees left, one walked out on the patio to smoke, and when I walked inside to ask about my food there was no one in the kitchen at all one guy was working the window and no orders were up it was not busy at the time I asked about my order and someone came out of the back and said that the order was placed wrong because the guy at the window was new and they’d have it up in three minutes 15 minutes later, they asked me what I ordered again because I was still waiting and then the guy at the window argued that I didn’t give him the order correctly, which was a simple, four piece chicken strip. There were no other customers when I ordered several customers came and left after me and the service was poor. They did apologize and the Cook in the back of the kitchen was probably the nicest person out of all of them. I’m not wanting to leave bad reviews, but Customer Service is one thing that will keep people coming back and this Was a poor experience.

Literally waited in line for almost 30 minutes with only two cars in front of me, ordered reaper tacos with extra cheese and barely got any cheese at all, people are rude and unprofessional. I've been to a lot of Dairy Queens and I've never been to one this horrible. Never going back again. This particular DQ sucks so bad. What a waste of time and money. So many people complain and you guys literally do nothing about it while we're all just getting robbed. Very nice...

We recently have been to Dairy Queen in Silsbee , Texas We can't rate Silsbee Dairy Queen high enough with the stars ... Because the rating don't give enough stars as this Silsbee Dairy Queen needs . Our waitress was Heather Bartlett... She's a very out standing & out going waitress . She DEFINITELY makes SURE we got what we ordered . She EXTREMELY knows how to make blizzards the way the blizzards SHOULD taste like . She's DEFINITELY EXTREMELY pleasant waitress. Dairy Queen definitely needs to keep her on the shifts . Dairy Queen definitely needs to keep their parmesan chicken strip basket. Their parmesan chicken strip basket is EXTREMELY DELICIOUS. We were EXTREMELY PLEASED with Dairy Queen in Silsbee , Texas . But one suggestion to Silsbee Texas Dairy Queen is they need to remodel their bathroom s to be assist handicap and there needs to be another handicap ramp . We DEFINITELY will continue to go to Silsbee,Texas Dairy Queen.

I took the kids into DQ today to get blizzards; the lady at the counter was very nice. The reason I gave such a low rating is because the blizzard ice cream didn't taste very good. It tasted watery like the ice cream they serve at one of those cheap Chinese buffet places where they water the mix down to save money. I'm not sure what happened, possibly new vendor, machine problems, who can say? It was gross, and definitely not up to their usual standard.

This is hands down the slowest and most unhelpful Dairy Queen in all of Texas. I’ve never experienced such poor service at a DQ before. It took a ridiculous 35 minutes just to get two toasts and French fries. I ended up wasting my entire lunch break waiting for my food. Absolutely unacceptable. If you're looking for quick service, I’d suggest going anywhere but here. The worst DQ experience ever.
The last few times I have been mediocre. The workers walk around in circles, they are sloppy in presentation, and service is so slow. They def need some better training.

It was slow service.new Manger was yelling at young man like he was and idiot. Was served wrong food.wasnt aloud to get tea heard Manger tell young man we don't make it for one it was 3 in the afternoon. No ice !. She was in kitchen cooking .hamburger bum was cold and cooked wrong.Will be along time before we go back McDonald's she faster and better service..
