Waited in drive thru 25 min for 2 kids meals. Got to the window to pay and they only gave me one meal. When the girl gave me my change, she had it wadded up in the receipt and it all fell to the ground. No apology for that or the wrong order. Silsbee deserves better than this!

I have ben to this establishment a dozen times or so, My Wife sends me, so I go, I have not gotten a correct order, one time they forgot i was there so I asked after 45 minutes of being in there alone if they have forgot my order they, basically overlooked it,I went in today 9.8.25 and they don't expect hundred dollar bills so I went to the bank, got change, returned, they closed early? so, if you are elderly,blonde hair & wear a full brim hat you may consider this when you're wife ask you to go get her something frome this establishment, I finally asked my wife to not send me here again,

3 separate visits in the last week and ALL 3 were bad. 1st visit, ordered stuffed peppers and tacos, peppers were overcooked so bad that there was no filling left in any of them.
2nd visit, on Wednesday 08/27 ordered Tacos, was informed they were out of lettuce and taco sauce (a very regular occurrence at this location), so I ordered a Texas Double Jack. Half of the bun was hard as a rock, the patties were liked hockey pucks, either overcooked or had been cooked a long time ago, and no sauce of any kind, the burger was dry.
Went back again tonight, parking lot and the sign were dark and there were 3 cars in the drive through that had already ordered. I ordered tacos and pulled up as another car pulled in behind me (this was approx. 9 pm on a Saturday night). We sat in line with NO movement for 35 minutes. The car behind me had not ordered in that 35 minutes, they pulled away and I backed out and followed. I drove home and dropped my kids off, went to McDonalds, got my order and when I drove back by Jack in the Box, 2 of the 3 same cars as before were still waiting in line to get their order. This had been almost an hour from when I was in line ordering the tacos.
Every once in a while, if I go during the daytime, I can get decent food and service, just depends on what crew is working, but more often than not, especially in the last 2-3 months, food quality, service, and everything else has been terrible here.
I know it is just fast food, but Silsbee's other fast food burger places, McDonalds, and Whataburger are consistently good for both food and service. Jack in the Box in Silsbee needs to address some severe problems.

Went through the drive thru waiting at least 10 minutes with only 2 vehicles in front of me, pulled off waited came back with one car in the drive thru and was told please wait again. All I was after was a drink.
Just a shout out to Jack in the Box! I decided to stop by for a drink, and let me say the tacos were just like they used to be when I was in school. Fresh, full of lettuce, and delicious. The shells weren't stale, but crisp. Everything a taco should be. This food was made with love. The lady at the window helped me navigate a drink, the manager is also incredibly nice and solved an issue I had.
If you haven't been to this jack in the box for a while because of messed up food/orders, you should give them another chance.
----- Aside from being out of lettuce for my tacos, and not telling me until I found out and called back.. This fast food location as really upped its game! The food was fresh, delicious, and the staff were very kind. Thank you ♡

Once upon a time this was the only Jack I went to. The food was fresh and excellent customer service. Not anymore. They're slow, food isn't fresh and it's cold and the server doesn't even attempt customer service. Very disappointing!

If I could rate this place any lower I would. I waited in the drive thru line for 15 mins behind mf a car and they never came over the speaker. I finally went inside and there were 3 people working there and all with bad attitudes. The guy with the dreads at the fry station literally walked out and did a drug deal in front of the store while I was just waiting at the counter and no one even acknowledging that I was standing there. The owners of this place are obviously not involved at all
Would it hurt to hire help??????????

Silsbee Jack in the Box
