Wanted something a little different for lunch today then the typical burger so we got two chicken pot pies! They were amazing and as usual the staff was great! Lisa at the drive through is friendly and courteous (and funny) along with Tevon that always has a smile on his face and Miss Shemora who is so helpful and sweet! You guys are great!
Come here to pick up an Uber eats order that was supposed to be ready and yet I was waiting over 30 minutes absolutely ridiculous. Very poor customer service and they hardly ever get anything right and then there was another gentleman that was right next to me he did get his order, but then of course they missed his drink Like obviously you should know that there’s a drink on there cause you ran up the order and then you got another person working in the back basically complaining...read full review
We prefer the KFC regular recipe chicken over all other brands; but the last few purchases at this Silsbee location will make us rethink that decision. Because of schedules, we have purchased our meals mid-afternoon. It was obvious our meals were left over from the noon rush -- the chicken, the biscuits, and even the french fries were dried out/stale.
